I absolutely hate coming here. They are slow and the staff are rude. I order a few ice creams and when it was being brought to me, I asked them for a guy holder and the guy gave me an attitude.l, if I ordered 5 ice creams, why wouldn’t you bring a cup holder? I ordered a sonic blast and it looked and tasted like I had a cup full of peanut butter and no ice cream. I wondered 2 drinks and I waiting almost 30 minutes for that. The only reason I even come here is because it’s closer to me house, after today, NEVER AGAIN! 0/10.. do not recommend

This location is extremely horrible!!! The general manager Dawn is very rude and inconsiderate. The food is always sloppy,half or overcooked. Workers doesn’t dress in uniform properly. I’m a daily customer and there is always workers hanging around the building smoking no telling what! They close a few times a week early. Liz always tell me she takes customers money for her pocket and not ring things up. The ice cream machine is never cleaned as well as the soda machine. Slime is in this place and it doesn’t seem to be cleaned well because the outside is always nasty. I don’t see how they have customers that they do. My nephew worked at this location months ago and said everything in this place is totally disgusting!!! Health department needs to check this place out ASAP!!!!

Been here twice, had my order wrong twice, and the wait is forever regardless how many cars are there. Got charged for large a large meal and for jalapeños on my weird tasting cold burger with wilted lettuce and received a small fry and drink and no jalapeños, and the half the fries were cold and soggy and the other half hot but no salt. They don't ask id you want sauce if your order something that requires it. Just go to Whataburger or Chik Fil A if you want fast food in this area, or one of the many local restaurants that charge less for better food.

All I ordered was a slushee and they had it right out so no complaints from me for this trip ! I did want to bring up there was a black guy working there taking the orders out to the cars and he was doing his job!

Im sorry i very upset with the food. I was so hungry when i got out of work so i decided to go to sonic. But when i recieved my food i notice the tots were hot but my burger was cold the tomatoes were soggy the lettuce was not fresh mayo look watery. Im sorry i will not go back to that sonic. And why the guy is hesitate to give me my order. He didnt even tell me nothing when i got to the window just how much it was.

Possibly the most incompetently managed Sonic in the Houston area. I visit once or twice a year, and today was no different. Total chaos, rude staff. The girl that brought my drink to my car was nice.

The service can get very slow when there's a lot of cars in the drive thru. Staff is friendly, but forgetful. Don't forget to ask for straws, condiments, and cupholders if you have a lot of drinks. Would think that they'd bring them out in anticipation of needing these things (we ordered 6 drinks). Maybe the heat is getting to them. Food quality is to be expected from a Sonics location. There is no dine in or seating outside which is different from most locations, but I don't think many would sit out there at this time of year anyways!

Longer wait time than the DMV. I’ve waited up to 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. They ordered Ice cream just as we did. It was a 10 minute wait once we got to the window. It doesn’t matter what time of day, be prepared to wait. Edit: Just tried to order ice cream was told the machine was broken, yet the car in front of me got ice cream. Worst Sonic In America.

Sure it's sonic and we have all come to accept that it takes forever to get the food and I'm okay with that. What I'm not okay with is whoever was giving out food just now. They asked what I ordered and I stuttered some and then they mocked me for not saying it correctly. I placed a mobile order and instead of making them walk to the car I went through the drive thru to be nice and then she mocked me. That is unacceptable and rude. I said have a nice day and smiled and she shewed me off for the next car with no reply. Not worth it. Just got to chik fil a across the street where the employees are nice.
