They literally put Powerade in my coke. I was so baffled when I took a sip and it tasted sweet as ever and realized it tasted like Powerade. But I opened the lid and it’s the color of coke. So these people really did this on purpose and tried to hide the color and everything. Parking: Limited, maybe 10 parking spots.

I just wanted to take a moment to leave a compliment for Arthur and the crew. Arthur was doing a phenomenal job managing and helping in the kitchen making sure everything was running smoothly. And the fact my whole order was made fresh was the icing on the cake. Yum! Appreciative to the excellent service and greeting smiles!

This place always has something not working, even the employees. I got there late night 30 mins before closing and when I drove up they told me “we are closed”. I guess they don’t want my business 🤷♀️ so I went the extra mile and spent $50 at another jack in the box that closed at the same time but was happy to make my family’s meals. This location has the most laziest, rudest and incompetent staff at night. Food varies on what day it is.

I wouldn’t even give a star honestly. They say they don’t have tacos for some odd reason on the weekends late night. Gone a few times and it’s the same story every time. Stood in the drive thru menu for over 10 mins . Drove up to window and finally they decide to take the order but it was the car behind me since I pulled up. Caught the employee with her legs up in the air sitting down as I pulled up. She then finally went to the window as she seemed bother I pulled up. She claimed they didn’t know I was in the drive thru line but yet I was there for more than 10mins . When I asked if I could order at the window she wanted me go around and make a line again after I’ve been waiting this whole time. Again not to mention they always say late at night there’s no tacos

It was horrible service and at that i ordered a number 6 meal and they changed the meat to the breakfast pattys let alone did i pay for my own meal they didnt tell me they changed my own order

I drove here late at night with the munchies against my better judgement because I've been easing off of fast food, and they did not have tacos available. So, I just left and went home. Thank you JIB for strengthening my resolve!

Horrible customer service, Hannah had an attitude!! cash only! I wanted to turn around but there was a car behide me and the one way design I couldn't pull around so I waited in line until I was at the window. Since I waited why not try to order at the window so I asked how much exactly is it going to be? ( I WASNT SURE I HAD THE CASH) She said the price 5.19 and insisted I go back around and order because I didn't order at the speaker she said (they can't its a waste of their time and I have other orders behide me) I drove off after she told me all this RUDLY!! I'll never stop there again! 4400 W fuqua.

Order a chicken buttermilk ranch and I literally got no chicken on my burger it was no thin nothing but breading try to eat it but it was so hard to bite just had to eat my fries. Called the restaurant but there was no answer. And only have certain time for lunch. Would have gave no stars if I could. And no receipt was given and wasn't ask if wanted one or not
