This is my first time coming here and I had a great experience! All of the employees were really kind and friendly as soon as I came in. They answered my questions and checked me out quickly. The coffee and sandwich I purchased was delicious and fresh tasting. Price wise, I think it’s cheap and great for what you pay for. Will definitely come back to try more!

Bad customer service. Asked for a manager informed to come back the next morning to speak with one. Called the next day manager won’t be back until Monday. This store has poor store policy in returning merchandise when you have not even left the store . They refused to give me my money back! I will not shopped there again.

Q Mart #5 located at 14602 Memorial in Houston TX.... The Cashier Galilea have the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced this was my first time coming here and she didn’t speak when I approached the counter , she just stared at me waiting for me to tell her what I wanted I asked her in a nice manner was she ready she continued to stare me up and down I proceeded to ask her was she having a nice day she didn’t say anything back Just repeated my total to me and rolled her eyes In my opinion she don’t need to work with the public and obviously she hate her job if she will remain an employee the company need to enroll her in some Customer Service etiquette classes....

My car was on E and this was the nearest gas station, the is SUPPOSED to be 24HRS. The time was 11:35 so I pulled in. I only had cash which meant I had to go inside. I get to the doors and all 4 are locked ( which I understand is for safety reasons) I then started knocking the door. then I see the clerk in there and I’m trying to get his attention and he just ignores me, looks at me and keeps doing what he’s doing as if I’m not there. I’m there for at least 5 minutes. This was very frustrating because my car was on the verge of stopping on me which it did while trying to get to the next gas station. I will never come back to this gas station and I will encourage others not too also.

First time I get breakfast in a gas station. The place is super clean and they have a wide variety of food. Mostly they have different kind of morning tacos but there is also fruit, smoothies and pastries. The food is cooked right there. They have a small kitchen where you can see while your order is prepared. The staff is very friendly.

This store has the friendliest staff. Always smile and greet you when you enter the store. Coffee is always fresh. Thier Deli has the best Tacos in town.

This is the best gas station/ food place ever on memorial and dairy ashford. Jesus and Asia are great always smiling and there service is impeccable, very clean and they always have anything you need. Must go.

Worst qmart I’ve been to ever. Wish I could give this place no stars. Literally ALL of the employees have no customer service like they hired people off of the streets. They’re not 24hrs like they claim. The supposedly “fresh food” is always old. Save the headache & Just pass this gas station & go to the next one.
