Sold used shoes online and went to exchange them at the local store and was blamed instead of investigating my claim to corporate. Thought it would be quicker but now have to send back online and wait for my money back to order. I have given this place business for 4 years now but that was the last time.

When I walked in the two ladies behind the counter were engaged in a conversation and didn't even acknowledge me. I go to the women's area looking for some dress flats and needed assistance. I walk to the front and said excuse me several times and not once did either of them look my way, so I kept getting closer and closer yelling excuse me and waving my hands in the air and finally one of them noticed me. Poor customer service. I started to just walk out, bet they wouldn't have noticed.

I was just there and they have at the window BOGO buy one and get one at 50% off, well one of my daughters wanted Converse and the other vans. Apparently the were not able to give me the deal because of some nonsense like Converse are excluded from the deal or something like that. Never coming back.

All the workers are super helpful. The prices are good. I love that all the workers there understand my daughter is on the spectrum and still treat her with respect /kindest. Our family highly recommends this store

I do a lot of my shoe shopping at this store and usually have no problems. I visited this store on October 20 to purchase a pair of shoes. After finding the pair I wanted, my shoe size (7) was on display, I found the box associated with that size. Opening it, I checked the size of the shoe that was in the box only to find out it was a different size (7.5). I checked the other boxes and found no size 7.5 shoe box so I went to one of the employees and explained the issue. After telling me she would check the back to see if they had another size 7, I roamed around the store waiting to hear from her. 15-20 minutes later I was wondering what was taking so long only to find out that the employee I spoke to was doing something else and decided not to come and tell me that they couldn’t find my size. I ended up having to purchase a different pair but would have appreciated if the employee came to me straight away instead of letting me roam around waiting for her.
