Never heard of a BOGO where it is only lesser NOT equal value on second item. Additionally, stupid that it items cannot be the same brand. Perhaps if they just priced all their goods at a normal price they would not have to make stupid rules to induce purchases. I will stick to my favorite online big box retailer

I don’t normally like to post bad reviews, but I went in excited cause I really wanted new shoes and I’m short so I couldn’t really see the other sizes, and no employee bothered to ask if I needed help, employees are just standing there and talking or flirting 😂 and about three employees just ignored me and walked in the back room. Talk about customer service! SMH 🤦🏻♀️ better off going to the one by Zaragoza now that’s customer service!

Good selection but the girl who assisted me was clueless about every question I had. I was going to buy a 70$ pair of shoes but couldn't trust the girl to give me the answers to my questions. It was like she didn't speak average english.

Only one in the store. No one came to assist on the children's shoes. Even to check out I had to wait for assistance. Did buy beautiful little girls shoes. A little pricey but good product

If I'd die and went to a Rack Room Shoes, I'd think I'd landed in heaven. They have such an enormous selection of shoes, and the sheer volume of them makes me quiver just thinking of them. I'm always looking forward to shopping there, and usually always have my list prepared of what I need when going there.
