We just finished shopping at David's Bridal, Peoria location. I was here helping someone pick a dress for an upcoming occasion and we were assisted by Essence. From start to finish Essence was the perfect attendant. She knew what to look for and how to best assist us and the results were fantastic. I can't say enough how thrilled we were to have help finding what we wanted so quickly and efficiently. Thank you Essence for all of the great service!

I just bought my reception dress. It's a beautiful color and fabric. I thought I knew what I wanted going in but it just wasn't it. Taylor worked with me, made me feel comfortable, and was very patient through my process. I took my whole appointment hour and was never rushed to make a decision. They even helped me sign up for a discount!!! Even though it's peak homecoming season and I was looking for a reception dress I still felt important and bridal. Great service!!! So excited to wear the dress. Thank you 💚

I bought my wedding dress and accessories here as well as did my alterations. The day I bought my dress I fell in love with a beautiful long beaded cathedral veil. I bought this the same day I ordered my dress as they said they had it in stock at the store. To keep it clean, I never opened the package until the day of my wedding, as I assumed the employee that was helping me brought out the right one like she said. I open the veil the morning of my wedding to find they gave me a short version of the veil instead of the one I tried on with my dress. I am very upset and frustrated. If an employee brings you something and says it is in stock, open all packages as soon as you get them to make sure you're getting what they say. I've attached a picture of the one I tried on with the dress that they claimed to have sold me and then the actual one I opened on my wedding day. It was still a wonderful day, but caused me so much stress and disappointment the day of. UPDATE- I was contacted by both the CEO and store manager. They were very helpful and apologetic. They even refunded me the money for my veil due to the error. Terri, the store manager, was incredibly nice. Although there was a mistake, we are human and all make mistakes. Steven and Terri went out of thier way to make it right. Updating my review to 5 stars! Thanks for the incredible customer service.

Had a wonderful experience here! They were so sweet…I found the dress of my dreams, and when I told them about the passing of my grandmother and how I wanted to have a piece of her sweater sewn into my dress, they were elated to do it for me! The quality of my dress is amazing and I felt like a Princess!

My friend and I went into David’s bridal in Peoria IL and found a dress last minute for an event that is tomorrow night. I found the perfect dress within 30 minutes from the help of Terri. I LOVE it! It fits my body type so well, and it was the best experience ever! I would definitely recommend David’s bridal and Terri! Amazing experience and even better atmosphere! ♥️

Had such a great time shopping for my wedding dress today! I would highly recommend Taylor and Bridgett, they were so amazing and so helpful! I would also highly recommend Kimberly in Alterations. She was fantastic and was able to expedite my alterations and it was the perfect fit! Thank you again for just a great experience. 6 stars to anyone looking for their big day!

I was so anxious about going to pick out my wedding dress & accessories. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted, and helped with all of our concerns and given someone to work with us. Michelle did an amazing job! She had looked over my profile and chose the most amazing dresses for me to try on! She did so great that the second dress I tried on “was the one”. After choosing the dress, Michelle & Terry kindly helped me accessorize with a tiara, veil, slip, shoes & jewelry. We felt so welcomed and at home! I will be recommending everyone to get their dresses and accessories here because they were just delightful to work with! Thank you!!

Bella was amazing in helping me find my dress. But unfortunately my other experiences with this store have not been that great. My bridesmaids and I have been made to feel like a bother or inconvenience on more than one occasion. When my dress came in and I tried it on, it didn’t fit quite right. An alterations person came out and first said they would recommend a completely different dress. And repeatedly told me no to everything I wanted to do. I left very upset and hating my dress. A bride should never be made to feel that way. It’s supposed to be an exciting time. Do better!

Dominic helped me find my perfect dress today. I came in today telling him that I had my dress picked out already and when I put it on it was stunning but still was just not giving me the feelings that I know a bride is supposed to feel when she tries on her dress. Well Dominic then took my maid of honor to the dress that he knew was exactly what I was looking for and the two of them then made me try it on without looking at it first. It’s perfect. I haven’t been able to stop looking at it all day. Go to David’s Bridal, ask for Dominic, I promise he will help you achieve the experience that you’ve dreamt of since you were a little girl (or boy, or non-binary, whatever your label, he’s got you).
