I got married back in 2018 and the experience I had made me tell my little sister that I was unsure if she should go there for her wedding dress. I am very relieved that they seemed to have rebranded and have many more size options and our consultant, Sydney, was absolutely amazing. She was juggling 2 brides/bridal parties and still made sure the brides were well taken care of. We were able to get my sisters wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride, and some accessories taken care of all in one day for an insanely low price. I can say that I wish my experience was half as good but I am glad to see my little sister so happy and she looks absolutely beautiful in her dress. Can't wait for her big day!

I had the best experience ever with them! They are the kindest and the sweetest! My bridesmaid dress was not fitting me properly, the wedding is in 1week. I think of ways to make it fit me. All the ideas are terrible so I decided to call them, to see if they had any suggestions. They got me in that day! I was greeted at the door by 2 people, who helped me tremendously. I was in no way excited about this appointment. Shopping for clothes, much less a formal dress, has never been an easy or fun task for me. I am tall and curvy and at times it seems most designers think you should be one or the other. Hailey, my stylist, greeted me with a big smile and I could tell, picked up on my apprehensive approach. She completely changed my opinion and made this a fun, empowering, experience. Even juggling 3 clients, she was attentive, encouraging, and paid great attention to what I liked and didn’t. She helped me pick out multiple dresses that fit and flattered my body type. I walked in there sure I would have one, hokey option, just like everywhere else. She even encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try on a dress I never would have imagined myself in, and that ended up being the one I bought! From the dress, to the shoes and accessories, her attention to detail was incredible. I cannot thank her enough for making this incredibly daunting, and even sometimes depressing, task one that I truly enjoyed and felt comfortable in. If you are an abstract shape or size, who like myself is anxious about fit or style, go see Hailey. You won’t regret it!

Upon bringing the dress back for alterations, Angel was very friendly & professional. Making sure we got just the right fit. She made the whole experience very easy & comfortable. Julie was our stylist. My son is gay and I called ahead to ensure they gave us a stylist who would treat my son with respect. Julie greeted us by asking my son what pronoun he prefers. As a mom, I am so appreciative of such a respectful greeting. From there, Julie was compassionate, respectful, and navigated both my strong personality, along with meeting all of my son's needs. Absolutely happy with my recent trip to David’s. Soon as I walked in was greeted I unfortunately forgot her name she showed me all the long black dresses picked them out for me and set up a dressing room for me as well. The help did not stop there!! I went into the dressing room side where I was then greeted again with the best smile and amazing energy Natasja!! She stole my heart she was beyond amazing super helpful A++++ customer service. If I ever start a business I would want to track her down and hire her 😂 you guys have a good one!!!!

Shopping for a dress is already hard and you would think having to get two dresses would make it easier. You would just get the two dresses you can’t choose between; well when you have access to tons of beautiful dresses, it gets a little hard. Natasja really helped me pick my prom dresses. I’m a really indecisive person so making a decision is really hard for me to do, but she helped me find the right dresses and made it all really easy and stress free. Going into prom shopping, I was really nervous; not wanting to be a promzilla or for some reason not find anything at all. Natasja really helped with having another opinion to bounce off of my own and made me really think about what I wanted. Definitely ask for Natasja and you won’t be disappointed.

Very happy with their help. 9/1/21 update: went in for my tailoring appointment and Afaf was so professional and efficient, I felt listened to and comfortably leaving my dress adjustments in her hands. 10/1/21 update: do NOT use the altering department—they did not make the chest alterations as discussed, instead bringing the shoulders in (which i did not want done) so much they cut into me, and refused to refund me after i had them let it back out to it’s original pattern so i could take it to someone else. The dresses are nice but take your alterations elsewhere—personally I like the small shop in downtown ofallon, IL.

The lady that helped me with my bridesmaid dress told me I could only pick from a certain section of the store. When I did pick out a dress I liked she ordered me a size too small so when I went in to have it altered it barely fit. Had to reorder a new dress in a size bigger which delayed the alterations I needed done. I just picked up my dress from being altered yesterday less than a week before my sister's wedding. Barely had my dress in time. Manager did wave the rush fee to have my dress back in time from being altered. My new dress in a bigger size was ready for pick up the same day that my mom and other sister's dress was ready... but they wouldn't schedule my 2nd alteration appt on the same day we picked up our dresses. I had to go back again the next day to have it altered. Lots of unnecessary trips to their store for my dress and I don't live nearby. Won't go there again too much of a hassle and inconvenience. EDIT: Today is my sister's wedding day and look at what they did to my dress. This was not noticed until we hung it up to take pictures with the brides dress! The seams are WAY off. They did a horrible job altering it! NEVER AGAIN!
