Nice selection of clothes however I felt completely ignored the entire visit and I spent a good 20 minutes in the store, which wasn't busy. The same sales associate who was nearby was greeting and asking others if they needed help. The only greeting I got was from another associate on my way out thanking me for coming.

All the associates I've worked with while shopping there always make me feel welcome and make sure I'm taken care of even if my size isn't in store, they always find a way! Store is super spacious and clean.

I made a purchase online that did not fit properly. Torrid does not pay for returns, but the customer service department said I could return them to the store. The same information is on the website for returns. When I called the store the person I spoke to, who said she was the Manager, had no idea what I was talking about. I explained how I filled out and printed the return slip and she couldn't seem to grasp the concept that I now wanted to return them. She kept saying that if they were already returned online then she couldn't accept them at the store. No matter how many times I explained that they had not been processed as a return online she could not grasp the concept. Perhaps someone with more training could have understood, but this young lady did not. This happened on Sunday, November 15th around noon.

I love this store! I've been shopping at Torrid for years off and on depending on my weight, hut the cool thing is they have really nice stuff. Got a great outfit on my bday and the lady gave me a discount which was really nice! I will definitely go back. Their leggings were a great price and fit me nice!
