Really inclusive in their sizes and has a great selection of cute clothes. The only thing is that it was a little crowded with clothes and their sales were kinda confusing.

This location is always clean and in order when I visit. The employees were very attentive and helpful. I was moving very slowly and had some questions and even needed clothes off the wall. I felt like a valued customer. I really appreciated that because I work hard and look forward to spending my dollars at Rainbow online and in-store. Thanks you guys!

I had an armful if clothing excited to try them on but they wouldn’t allow me to use the fitting room because it was 830. That is unacceptable since your store is open until 9; customers should be allowed to try things on until the store closes. I explained that this was my first time shopping here and she still refused to let me use it. I was told this was so they could clean them which is confusing to me bc how dirty can a fitting room get if they keep up with it throughout the day and it’s just clothes?! Regardless, the cleaning should be handled after store close. Needless to say, I walked out without anything bc I didn’t feel comfortable buying without knowing whether it would fit.

I lived near this store for years. It was my favorite store of all time. Now i live in dupage county. The closest RAINBOW STORE is at STRATFORD SQUARE IN BLOOMINGDALE. ILLINOIS. I used to love their clearance sales. Lots of excellent deals. Cheryle

Worst customer service ever . They won’t even greet you or ask you if you need help . Asked for a fitting room and the girl gave me the dirtiest look ever , also the fitting rooms are nasty , smells nasty and have pee all over the floor . First time here and won’t be coming back .
