I walk into 1,000’s of customer service orientated businesses a year. John was spectacular at his job. He was extremely knowledge about Sperry’s shoe lines and the history behind each shoe. He even dived into stories when I was taking forever to decide what I wanted #tourdefrance We ended up walking out with 2 pairs because of his assistance during the entire shopping experience John deserves a promotion

I bought two pairs of boots and they're just too narrow. Wasn't able to return or exchange because one was clearance. I wasn't told at the time of purchase. I've purchased many things on clearance from other shoe stores and was able to return. Overall staff very unfriendly and couldn't care less.

Had a great experience at this store today. I wasn’t able to catch the name of the lady that helped me but she was awesome. Answered all of my questions with zero attitude. She didn’t make me feel rushed. At the checkout she was very cordial and just a pleasure to work with. It was a nice change from the “normal” customer service experiences I usually encounter. Keep up the great work.

This young man named Jordan is awesome. He helped us from beginning to end and went out of his way to clean off a pair of boots before I bought them for my wife. I thanked him and his response was “my pleasure, happy to do it!” I ended up buying two additional pairs because of his service

I have to say what an amazing employee Sperry has in Keona. She assisted myself and kids on 7/6/20. Not only is she enthusiastic about her job but she engages with the customer. She helped my husband and I find shoes for our teenage boys. She even showed us how to do the Sperry curl with their laces. I’m impressed by her customer service and how kind she was. Thank you Keona for the experience. Your one of a kind.

This place has great customer service! My wife was looking for shoes and she found some for her and myself. She asked if they could hold the two pairs for me while I walk over there. They did and it was raining tremendously! They helped me even though I was soaking wet. I was only going to buy one pair but because of the heat customer service... I bought both of them.

Love Sperry shoes They have some nice styles. Doesn't seem any less expensive than anywhere else. An outlet is not always outlet prices.

There were great hospitality from the staff and very helpful and joyful people here and they have a great selection from clothes to shoes to even backpacks and winter gear! I rate my visit 10/10 or 5/5 stars! I really recommend it for everyone!

They are so helpful here. Prices are decent if you find what you like and they are on sale. Staff is great. Prices are ok.
