Store is absolutely filthy, shelves are always empty. I went today & the exit was blocked with carts which is a major safety hazard. I had to push carts out of the way to get out of the store. Unacceptable & a dangerous!!

I will not repeat Will not go back to any Ross store! Had my grandson in the back of the cart sitting nicely. Why because recently got his leg pinched by a plastic seat for kids in the cart that very same day. His mom and I had put a car in the cart to purchase along with many clothes to purchase also. On our way to shop for his new wardrode for Spring/Summer found the car he really wanted. In order for him to give us the toy car that was already in the cart he had to stand, I had been holding on to him while moving items in the cart. Took my hand off of him for one second to get the toy unstuck so we could put it back on the shelf and an employee came around the corner and yelled at my 3 yeasr old grandson! One that is not the employee's place whatsoever!!! And when I told her I did have a hold of him so he would not get hurt except for the second it took to pull up on the toy with his mom right there and myself he surely was safe. She decided to go off on me!! I took my grandson out of the cart and walked away. I left all the merchandise behind and as I was walking away she had to say something about that too! Being a manager in the past I do know an employee is not allowed to yell at children or make accusations at a customer like she did. I went to the front of the store asked for a manager twice neither one of the ladies bothered to call her up which was also wrong! Not the first time with rude employees from Ross either. Needless to say what I could of purchased would of been a very good sale for the store especially in these times. I'd rather pay full price at another store than put up with this.

It is hit or miss with inventory as to be expected, most of the times the store is a big mess, people leave shoes and clothing on the floors and the staff don't seem to care. Very disorganized. I have found some great deals on name brands.
