I went in this morning to get new running shoes for my old feet. (Arthritic). The two gentlemen that took care of me were personable, knowledgeable and above all, very attentive. I put in 6 miles of walking right away. My feet felt great!!!! I love my new Brooks!! 4-29-2022.

Greg the manager is a great person to work with. He took his time to listen to our needs and insure they were met. Greg took time to explain the benefits of the extended warranty for our new bikes. Greg also took the time to place online orders for two kickstands and new seat for us. Greg is 100% on top of customer service.

Bad customer service in Bicycle section. Bald guy was mad for no reason and wouldn't help a young employee. He threw things towards the table and had a mad demeanor. I know employees have bad days but please if you can't handle a job were you have to interact with people, then don't work there.

This Dick’s location has all the equipment you’ll need for whatever sport you’re looking to play. Their prices are fair and staff helpful when available. It did take a while to find an associate that could help with some baseball equipment for my son. But, after we did find an employee to help us, he was very knowledgeable, happy to help, and a very nice guy. This location wasn’t too busy either so it was nice to browse without feeling rushed. Looking forward to next time!

I was shopping for a birthday present for an 11 year old. The selection in girls clothing was great. I had a hard time choosing a gift. Checkout was fast. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

For only having very few workers, the staff was extremely kind and attentive as well as quite busy. Most places can be quite rude and get overwhelmed but I was beyond impressed. I have a broken leg and I feel they went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be coming back again and recommending this location to everyone I know.

Everything I needed at a good price. And a large selection. Thanks.

The manager at this location is rude, self-absorbed, and not at all customer-oriented. The employees also take after his obnoxious attitude, and the experience from a customer's perspective is largely diminished. Ordinarily, I wouldn't blink an eye that a business has terrible management and poor customer service. As a millennial, I actually enjoy doing most of my shopping online. However, with sporting goods, it is often more convenient to see the actual product in-person before making a purchasing decision. That is why I catch myself frequenting this location quite often. After a couple visits, I almost resent supporting this business solely due to the poor character of its representatives. Once management changes, and employees receive better customer service training, I am sure to change my review. Until then, I'll still continue to be an unwilling patron. Sports authority has much friendlier staff but their nearest location is too far from me. Also, I just heard they're going out of business!
