Ordered for curbside pick up. Supposed to be ready between 4 & 5. Got a message stating there was a delay. Checked the app since I hadn't gotten another notification. It was ready at 6:15 when I checked at 6:30. I've been waiting almost an hour and a half. Person next to us waited over 2 hours past their pick up time. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

Bought a vacuum at another location and noticed it charged me $2 more than what it scanned on the app for. Didn't notice til I got home so stopped at my local Walmart in Bradley to fix it. What a hassle over $2. They told me I had to take it to the location it was purchased or I could just return it. Walmarts prices online are not the same in store. I just returned the vacuum on principle. I can get it on Amazon for cheaper.

lol if you think a Walmart is expected to be the best store in the world in providing service that is out of this world. Just remember to lower your standards because I know that you are just trying to buy things cheap. While Walmart is not paying the employees enough to survive. So why should they treat you any better when they are not being treated right. Just be thankful to have Walmart employees that are trying to help you.

The employees are literally like zombies! They seemed absolutely miserable... there were even two of them straight arguing in the Healthcare section loud enough for everyone to hear. Everything is self check and the women up there looked like they had been lobotomized and trapped there! This is where the apocalypse will start... I'm certain of it .

The clothing selections have improved. The new layout of some areas is much more efficient. I bring my residents here every week and lately it seems like stocking is an issue. I'm not sure if it's lack of employees ( which I understand ) or deliveries ( which I also understand) just kind of a bummer to not be able to get all of what I'm going there for. It is very clean and most employees are friendly. Would be even better with a food court or even a coffee shop inside!

This Walmart is okay but needs to be kept cleaner. It does have a nice selection of goods and the quality is good. Produce isn't top quality but will suffice. The staff for the most part is pleasant and helpful. This location changed to self checkout which I like at this location because I can get myself checked out more quickly than standing in line as before.

Picked up my online order and usually they are good with my orders but they forgot my case of water bottles, I kept calling so I can pick it up tomorrow since I am not in town but no one ever answers the phone! And they are not closed so they let it ring in every department I tried calling to speak to someone!! Also I went in to order a cake and they dont take orders in person. It has to be done through online but they do not offer the same cakes online as they do in the store catalog. I will be ordering from Meijers I suppose.

Went above and beyond when I lost my cell phone! One woman in particular and the woman by the door were great! Always nice associates by customer service! and throughout the entire store. Very clean and courteous customers. Very lucky as I have experienced others further away, it’s nice to shop here and is safe.

good store but the oil and tire change service needs to improve they do not have enough staff, they made me wait for my oil change 3.5 hrs. when it did they told me it would only take 1 hr. Lots of room for improvement in that department. I don't recommend them because of my recent bad experience with them.
