Every single employee was improperly wearing their face masks by exposing their noses. Many customers were as well. I did not feel comfortable opening a bank account here because it would require me to spend an extended period of time in a room with improper face mask usage, exposing myself and my wife to unnecessary risk of COVID-19.

It is totally unprofessional I send wire transfer 6 days later money never made to my account and branch Menager told she has no time to check on it . She has phone conference call. .I am siting in bank and asking for phon number to make complaints and she is giving me number that is no longer in service. Please do not do any business with them it is totally unprofessional. I am still at bank and no number for most powerful women in banking Karen Larrime whic should know about unprofessional servis .

The drive through ATM is horrible customer service I was there for money withdrawal .Agent Terry She’s unprofessional.she let me wait over 10 minute for no reason .stay away from this branch because customer service is 000000

the staff is great but the telephone banking people are horrible. They closed my account out without reason and will not disclose the reason to me other then it's at their discretion. I am glad this happened because it made me appreciate my bank that I have had for 21 years. I only opened up an account with this bank because of my son. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
