I have been coming to this bank for about six years and never have. I had a bad experience always get my questions answered, and the staff is amazing jazmine is my goto banker..

The females at this branch have a delusional perception that they're somehow doing the account holder a favor by filling out deposit slips. I visit other branch locations including different banks and I never had anyone insist that I fill out a deposit slip especially in the drive thru. Perhaps the bent attitude has deluded their critical thinking because it's difficult to fill out a slip on soft touch consoles. It's just common courtesy to just fill them out as it should be a part of their back-breaking straining job. Also it doesn't help that the driveway is riddled with potholes. I think the staff at this branch doesn't want returning customers in order to decrease their workload and to spend more time on their phones.

This is a horrible Chase. I deposited my check in the ATM and the machine shutdown and updated in the middle of the transaction. It took the check but didn’t credit my account. Chase customer service was awful. Do not use the ATM

These branch reps are not knowledgeable. Just call the number on the back of your card. Don't waste your time going in.

Mostly disappointed with one banker in particular. Was in to close my account and he gave such attitude and snippy comments. All he did was give me another reason to be done with Chase.

I when on Monday to open a safe deposit box and was told to come another day to open one so I when Friday and sign in ando was literally waiting for 45 so I decided to leave its just so hard to get a decent service people don’t hours to be wasted on a bank it’s just so difficult to do anything in chase banks now what a f***** headache maybe time to change banks smh
