I came in with a SIM card issue, Jorge and Jose were so helpful and explained what could be wrong until we got to the source of the problem. They were very upbeat and attentive, so the process went by much quicker! They gave me all the information I needed to avoid the issue again as well. Overall they did a really great job solving the problem, and the atmosphere in the store was positive and assuring the whole time.

Came in with the intent to upgrade my phone and it was a great experience. Carla and Nina helped and they were both a pleasure to work with. I got the phone I wanted to upgrade to and couldn't be happier. They also helped answer all questions I had with the upgrade and they know what they're doing. I look forward to coming here again for any other phone or internet needs in the future!

I went into this store after being to three others earlier in the week to avail. I was having issues transferring my data from an android to an iPhone until I walked into this store and met Stephanie! Stephanie was knowledgeable, understanding, and a complete professional! She had my issues solved within 20 minutes and walked me through how to solve the issue if it arises again. Thank you!!!

Best service we received in a Long time. They were busy but the manager kept on letting us know what is happening. We browsed phones and watches. When it was our turn the fella Marcin was great took his time and even stayed past his shift. At the end he was able to discover that my wife needs a smart watch and I purchased a phone. A+
