Walmart SUCKS, I had to check my self out and bag it . I'm wondering when my employee check is coming in the mail for doing the work for one of your employees do I get benefits.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to return a pair of jeans. It took 3 clerks to figure out whatever on the register, too busy chatting, drinking coffee and playing with their to figure it out, No manager in site and then did not have the common sense to open a second register, Several customers just walked away. Definitely store needs supervision.

there was 2 checkouts that were cash only. one was clearly mark high stating it was cash only and the other had a cardboard sign that wasn't as clear until you went to pay and see the option was cash no debit or credit card .

This place has the worse customer service. A lot of people working with Big attitudes. Specifically at the gas station. It seems like having a attitudes is part of the requirements and uniform to work here.

I shopped here the other night with my fiance and I just want to send a warning out to any women who might shop here alone at night. Even though I was with someone, I was followed by a man almost throughout my entire walk through there. I didn't notice him too much except for maybe 3 aisles and when I went to self checkout, but my fiance said he saw him pretty early on and noticed him a couple more times other than the aisles I mentioned to him. I feel stupid for not saying anything to the employees, but my fiance and I didn't talk about it until we were packing our items into the car and we didn't want to stick around. Please stay safe out there, ladies!!! Always be aware of your surroundings!

Don't like that there are no cashiers any more. The lady at the door tried to stop me to verify my receipt. It's not cool to be treated like a criminal when I'm bringing my business to a store. The lady was nice but just don't feel right that I have to verify a receipt when I'm walking out after paying for what I bought.

Nice big clean store, but one thing I cannot get past is the checkout experience. Only having four staffed checkout lanes for a store of this size is unacceptable. They force you to use the self checkout lanes instead, which for a small order is okay, but large purchases with alcohol, lots of produce, and other items are difficult at the self checkout. Will be going elsewhere simply due to lack out a quick checkout at this store.

I went to this store today on the grocery side. it is clean and well stocked. The Stocked shelves are perfect and organized. Floors are clean. I was so impressed with this store. I usually shop the Elgin store and this store was such a nice change from the chaos of Elgin. Great JOB!!

Rug doctor wasn’t even checked, my family and I put it in the backseat because trunk was full and the whole back was soaked, dog hair was all over me when I picked it up to put it in. White bucket was never cleaned. The tube had no suction when I put my palm under it which was suggested on the directions, power switch was loose and had malfunctioned all night, we have video proof of horrible service done on these machines please be careful when buying rug doctors because those employees does not care about families here.

Had the worst experience with an associate by the name Kerry. I was shopping in the cosmetics area and this associate tells me I have to pay for my items at that specific register. Since this location opened I’ve never had to do anything like that. There was 2 teens shopping in that area and walked out of that area with makeup and false lashes and this associate Kerry did not tell them the same thing as me. She let them walk away. She was so rude once I started to let her know about how I’ve never had to pay for my cosmetics at that specific register she got upset and said she was only been there for a month and that’s what she was told. But I told her she didn’t stop the 2 teens before me she claims she didn’t see them. She then told me she wasn’t going to argue with me and gave me back my stuff she threw it across the counter towards me. I told her she could of been nicer and she said I could of been nicer. This woman was clearly discriminating. After I had walked away from that area other customers came by to shop and not once did she mention this “new policy” to them. I am a store manager in retail never should an employee treat a customer in this way. I went ahead and told a sales lead about the incident and the guy I spoke with said that was never a policy that only perfumes should be paid for at that register. This Kerry girl should definitely receive some disciplinary action.
