I purchased a wooster brush that was too big for my project, then returned and purchased the three-brush-paint kit from the same company. One of them accused a decoloration issue with the reddish bristles which ruined the paint around the door. Supervisor Claire listened to the issue, assessed the options and provided timely and effective solutions to help me complete the project and left my experience in this store being a positive one. I'm certain that this will continue being my Home Depot store of choice.

We bought a Hampton Bay light fixture as part of a bathroom remodel but life interrupted our remodel for several months, when we finally opened the box we found the glass broken, I contacted Home Depot and they replaced the glass even though we had it for months. Great customer service! Home Depot is forever my go-to for everything now!

Don't get your countertops from here. They out-source them to a place that doesn' t give their customers a call back. We have been trying to schedule a delivery for 2 weeks, left messages and nothing. The associates at HD wont help much regarding this either, all we get is "we'll reach out to them to call you back" that was last week. One star for the effort

Home Depot is the only hardware store I shop. Closing the inside of the store will cause you to lose alot of business. I am a person that likes to walk in to see what I need, and usually end up buying much more than I went for. If the inside closes I will no longer shop with Home Depot.

I was just reading that home depot wants to incorporate drive thru only stores. I for one am not a fan of this and if they do I will close my accounts and go to Lowes or menards from now on. I want to be able to see what I am buying and not just on line

Workers and staff are great - very helpful. I appreciate Home Depot offering a Veterans' discount. But I had a problem getting it. Showing an ID isn't good enough anymore. I did go online a few weeks ago and uploaded proof of eligibility, as Home Depot requested, and now I am "verified". Apparently I have to go back online and locate some image to scan when I go to the store. It's tiring.

Awesome customer service! Just took my wife here on Mother's Day to buy vegetables and herbs for our garden., Their selection was amazing and the plants were healthy and well taken care of. Several employees were outside watering and tending to everything with a lot of care. We had an issue with not being able to scan a tomato plant, and the manager allowed us to take it home for free instead of making us wait any longer. Excellent experience at this clean and organized store.
