Horrible customer service! I brought back a Milton V Coupler piece with the receipt. The manager said they wanted the torn open backage as well so that they could put it back on the shelf? I did not have the package that obviously would not serve any perpose whatsoever after being ripped open to try the piece on my air compressor hose. The manager made no sense and obviously had an ego problem. Don't shop at this location.

Always a pleasure to shop at. The staff upon entering greets you and asks if you need help and directs clearly to the proper aisle. I prefer shopping here over other bigger box stores.

This place is awesome. I walked in there looking for a part for my grill, was greeted and asked if I needed help by two very nice employees. I said hello and turned down the help as I knew where the part I needed was. I already had said part ordered through amazon but kinda "wanted it now" well as we all know amazons low prices, etc is killing these kinda of business. I asked the clerk if they price matched and she said "yes some" I showed her amazons "killer" price and she was a bit apprehensive, so she asked another employee (I'm very certain it was the owner) he didn't even think about it and said YES!!!! I thanked him very much and went on my way with buying it there. They will definitely get my business again! THANKS ACE!

Guess everyone was having a bad day. Most unfriendly and not helpful at all. I was the only person in the store and they said they were to busy to cut an item. Even though it appeared no one was doing anything. Said they would call in a day or so if they could get to it. No thanks. I put everything back and from now on will go to another store.

Always helpful, in and out fast, very clean and organized. I get all my keys cut here, they just purchased a new machine, young man with a beard helps me and my girlfriend frequently, contacts us within minutes. Same lady usually at check out, very friendly, chats me up the proper amount and is always courteous.
