Amazing service from the manager and Cecila! I came in on Wednesday for new phones and service transferring over from Tracfone. Impossible to get Tracfone to let our numbers go. They made atleast 8 phone calls and finally after 3 hours we have new amazing phones and service! They both remained calm even while other customers were in with screaming kids pulling stuff off the walls! The best customer service I've seen! ~Gwyn

I purchased a wooster brush that was too big for my project, then returned and purchased the three-brush-paint kit from the same company. One of them accused a decoloration issue with the reddish bristles which ruined the paint around the door. Supervisor Claire listened to the issue, assessed the options and provided timely and effective solutions to help me complete the project and left my experience in this store being a positive one. I'm certain that this will continue being my Home Depot store of choice. ~Anthony

Horrible service and horrible weed treatment. They care less about your grass. All they care about is billing. See attached picture of what our lawn looks like after weed treatment. Weeds all over. I called for someone to come over and discuss how to rectify and ended up with bunch of people from various call centers across the country who wanted to get me off the phone. Their suggestion was: Wait for the next visit while the weeds are getting worse everyday and discuss the problem with the same guy who did not treat it right in the first place. They would not set-up a time. They suggested I should stay at home and wait all day for them to show up whenever was convenient for them. They are a greedy global behemoth who cares less about anyone's lawn or customers. Only interested in billing you. Service: Weed control ~Sami

I shopped here the other night with my fiance and I just want to send a warning out to any women who might shop here alone at night. Even though I was with someone, I was followed by a man almost throughout my entire walk through there. I didn't notice him too much except for maybe 3 aisles and when I went to self checkout, but my fiance said he saw him pretty early on and noticed him a couple more times other than the aisles I mentioned to him. I feel stupid for not saying anything to the employees, but my fiance and I didn't talk about it until we were packing our items into the car and we didn't want to stick around. Please stay safe out there, ladies!!! Always be aware of your surroundings! ~M

I can't speak about the quality of their pizza since life is too short to eat factory-manufactured cardboard larping as pizza. But what is the deal with the delivery driver with the mangled Town Car always parked out front of this location?!? Domino's 30 minutes or less deliveries lawsuit only cost them $79 million, so it's not about delivering pizza ASAP. Just because this car looks like a refugee from a demolition derby doesn't mean my car has to suffer the same fate gingerly navigating around it during prime business hours. There are plenty of parking spaces in the lot; use one! ~William
