Cashier didn’t seem to be to happy to take care of my business in the store perhaps they don’t make money on adding money to prepaid cards she had to call the manager anyway I’ll try a different store next time

Absolutely worst! Service with an attitude, not the least respectful, nor any professionalism shown. Terrible working conditions and poor management is evident in employees' attitudes. Encountered a couple of staff that also seemed pretty racist.

Just super ridiculously slow and not a bit care for the patient waiting for almost 30 min. For stinking med at drive thru on hot day and the whoever inside their cozy cacoon pretending to be caring pharmacy just back and forth like don't know what they're doing..Expecting Walgreens doing way better than this..way better..

Ore the tech lack’s patience, he pretends to work by scrolling on the computer and tells you that he can’t find you in the system.Don’t bother calling in at this location ORE WILL HANG UP ON YOU BECAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE HIS EGGO’s IN THE MORNING!

The standard answer when ever I call them is - they are short staffed. They did noy fill s pryscription even after 2 days

Just had an awful experience at the drive through pharmacy. Waited 20 behind another car getting helped. My turn took 20 min while my prescription was given to me. It was on the counter and the guy was drinking his soda kept leaving the counter kept talking on the phone asked me my information twice. I got upset and he crumbled up my receipt and tossed the meds in the bin. Very unprofessional and not sure what was going on

Worst customer service ever. Waited 20 minutes x3 calls. Someone would pick up the phone then put you on hold x3. Then I'd get a hang up. I am at Walgreens right now to ask about my prescriptions in person and have them transfer my prescriptions to CVS. Just a simple inquiry took less than a minute to speak with Ore. He answered my question and I left.

My doctor called my my prescription at 8:19AM for Paxlivid. They had 23 doses in inventory. By 9:25 they said 5Minutes. My boyfriend finally got it at 11AM i am very sick & doctor called and was put on hold for 40 minutes. Shortstaffed uncaring and do not prioritize well. THEY HAD 23 packs ON HAND !!!

I spoke to Sara yesterday morning to see if my prescription was ready for pick up, she said "yes it is". So I went in to pick them up in the evening. One couple was ahead of me, I waited for 56 minutes until I was up. The couple were frustrated with the man who was attending the register.

Had an appointment for Coronavirus shot After 15 minutes and no movement to the people in front of me I left to go elsewhere. There were 2 employees for 10 people in 2 lines 1 for shots one for prescriptions didnt understand why adequate staffers weren't available? Walgreens care more about profits than providing decent customer service
