Best cosmetics store in Monrovia, California (CA) 2024

Just had an awful experience at the drive through pharmacy. Waited 20 behind another car getting helped. My turn took 20 min while my prescription was given to me. It was on the counter and the guy was drinking his soda kept leaving the counter kept talking on the phone asked me my information twice. I got upset and he crumbled up my receipt and tossed the meds in the bin. Very unprofessional and not sure what was going on ~Karen
