Use to work there the person that owns it never gave me a raise after the 3 months of completion of being a temp so I quit. 1 person working nights expected to clean and attend mostly drunk customers, yea that was me. Neither of the emergency buttons in the store worked at the time. Nasty in back of the store. Looks like someone hoarded boxes with possibly expired stuff in it and should be a health hazard. Nasty random spills that you don’t even know what it is. Sometimes the pizza oven wasn’t cleaned. Wouldn’t recommend getting the donuts because the owner stacks the old donuts in front so you’d grab it first. He needs sells😂. Just don’t grab any hot foods. ~Kyona

I live just 3 blocks away and most of the staff is always friendly. However, one young Hispanic lady who works there always has a horrible attitude and tried to tell me I had to spend more than $10 there just to be able to pay with a 100 dollar bill. If she didn’t work there, my score for this place would be much higher. I go there everyday. The owner and other staff are awesome though. ~bby

I usually just get regular gas, so idk what the other reviews are crying abt. Never had a problem. This review is for the people and affordable prices on snacks and cigars this store has. They’re the cheapest- like 30% cheaper than 7/11 across the street and they carry the Hot Crunchy Curls I used to drive to the South for. The people that work here are just good old fashioned nice folk. ~Lolita

Dingy dank smells like death inside the store immediately had to leave due to the overwhelming sense of dread.... Don't ever go here... Stay away unless you have holy water... And even with the holy water don't go. ~Carl

So my daughter & I went 2 the Melrose Park, Il. location. It rained all day & when the server gave her our food, she had 2 ask 4 a bag, then he rolled his eyes @ her, because her hands were full, that he finally opened the bag 4 her, with an attitude 2 boot. REALLY??!! No1 told u 2 work there & if you're gonna act like that, have an attitude & roll your eyes.....WOW!!!! I really hope whoever's in charge, has a talk with employees about "How u don't act towards our customers "!!!! ~Jane

If you know what is good for you, please, do NOT buy from this sub way store! This owner, this guy is angry and thinks because he has a sign hanging up in restaurant, he can actually control you, especially if you are a strong woman, with a voice! He said that he is the manager, therefore and obviously this guy felt like he can actually tell me how to speak! Absolute non sense! First, I know that customer service, above all is most important! too bad this guy is going lose business due impart to his inability to show case good customer service. Then, he tells me to get out, only after presuming that I some how reside on the quote: South side of Chicago. Thought I'd share my experience late rather than never... A couple months back I had a print job I needed on the fly, during Christmas time at that! So long story short. The owner was super gracious and was nice to have my small print job expedited before the deadline. He could have said no, especially because it was a small sticker for my husband to gift him on Christmas. I mean seriously, who does that! I definitely recommend them!
