When I went there the lady who was there didn't give me the right item it was an sd card but it was for pictures not for everything so I have 30 less dollars and I can't even refund it cause she didn't give me a receipt or even asked if I wanted one so now Im stuck with 32 gigabytes for photos. I don't even take pictures ~Troy

Beware of the employees committing fraud at this store. Came in to buy an iPhone for my son. The 2 employees there asked for my son's name, address and date of birth. They sold us a phone with a new phone number and charged 520. Strangely they claimed they don't print receipts and said it would be emailed. Nothing was emailed and the next day I went back for a receipt. Instead of a receipt, she texted a strange cut off pic of a computer screen that didn't show the account details. I called customer service and was told the employees scammed me. They added 2 fraudulent lines and got themselves a tablet and chromebook on my son's account. I went back for a third time and asked for a manager. The male scammer wasn't there but the female scammer who helped sell the phone said she was the manager. She was the one who sent me the fake receipt and said they can't print receipts at the store. I returned the phone for a refund and still got no receipt. They need consequences for stealing. They probably do this to alot of customers. ~V
