Beware of the employees committing fraud at this store. Came in to buy an iPhone for my son. The 2 employees there asked for my son's name, address and date of birth. They sold us a phone with a new phone number and charged 520. Strangely they claimed they don't print receipts and said it would be emailed. Nothing was emailed and the next day I went back for a receipt. Instead of a receipt, she texted a strange cut off pic of a computer screen that didn't show the account details. I called customer service and was told the employees scammed me. They added 2 fraudulent lines and got themselves a tablet and chromebook on my son's account. I went back for a third time and asked for a manager. The male scammer wasn't there but the female scammer who helped sell the phone said she was the manager. She was the one who sent me the fake receipt and said they can't print receipts at the store. I returned the phone for a refund and still got no receipt. They need consequences for stealing. They probably do this to alot of customers.

@kimberly i work here at this location & i'am only guy so i will never charge a customer for changing their rate plan last minute and never will charge for a receipt. So im pretty sure you got the wrong store.

This place has a guy that robbed me charged me $8 extra talkin about a fee because I changed my plan last min I was in a rush but paid it and when I asked him for a receipt he said that is also a extra charge lol I just walked out this place has crooks
