When I went there the lady who was there didn't give me the right item it was an sd card but it was for pictures not for everything so I have 30 less dollars and I can't even refund it cause she didn't give me a receipt or even asked if I wanted one so now Im stuck with 32 gigabytes for photos. I don't even take pictures

Im at the store. Theres a few people waiting to go in but its still closed. I ubderstand the store opens at 11 because of COVID-19 but, its past 11am and the doors are still closed. I called just to make sure it was open and they said yes but inside is dark and when i tried calling again, no one answered. Its hot and i only came to switch my number. They could at least be here when they say they are open.

Worst BOOST MOBILE STORE EVER!! GO IN THE STORE TO GET HELP WITH CHANGING MY FAMILY PLAN & TRYING TO PAY MY PHONE BILL & THEY TELL ME I HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!?? EVERY OTHER STORE ALWAYS HELPS ME OUT. 3 MONTHS AGO WHEN I CHANGED MY FAMILY PLAN THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING SO I WENT TO ANOTHER BOOST STORE & THEY CHANGED MY FAMILY PLAN WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLZ GET SOME NEW EMPLOYEES
