So my daughter & I went 2 the Melrose Park, Il. location. It rained all day & when the server gave her our food, she had 2 ask 4 a bag, then he rolled his eyes @ her, because her hands were full, that he finally opened the bag 4 her, with an attitude 2 boot. REALLY??!! No1 told u 2 work there & if you're gonna act like that, have an attitude & roll your eyes.....WOW!!!! I really hope whoever's in charge, has a talk with employees about "How u don't act towards our customers "!!!! ~Jane

If you know what is good for you, please, do NOT buy from this sub way store! This owner, this guy is angry and thinks because he has a sign hanging up in restaurant, he can actually control you, especially if you are a strong woman, with a voice! He said that he is the manager, therefore and obviously this guy felt like he can actually tell me how to speak! Absolute non sense! First, I know that customer service, above all is most important! too bad this guy is going lose business due impart to his inability to show case good customer service. Then, he tells me to get out, only after presuming that I some how reside on the quote: South side of Chicago.
