Pods is a great system to use when your moving. It’s like half way between moving yourself and having a mover do everything but they do the hard part which is moving your belongings from one place to another. All you need to do is load the Pod and unload the Pod. The way they do it is very efficient and economical. They are very helpful and pleasant to work with. ~Carl

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered on line, worst experience ever! Ordered three times, to try and get it right. Then they canceled it at 12:19 am just a day before delivery. They wasted over a month of my time waiting and 8 hours on the phone to trying to fix online orders 5 times, screwing it up! A month! I'm done with the ineptitude. And they were very nice while screwing me over! ~John

Staff you see seems nice and helpful so it must be management. I have fought over 20 new cars in my life time of many makes and model but after my experiences with my 2020 Silverado and Orr maintenance or lack there is no way I would ever buy anything from Orr if you need warranty service there are no liners for months and if you want to get service done expect weeks to be scheduled to be put in line and possibly go days or weeks without your car. And when you get maintainer done you better inspect it cause I had a purge pump replaced and since I couldn’t get in within weeks I had another shop do it when they got to it they identified it was missing a bolt and the plug was broken when Orr replaced it. When spoke with service manager I was told nothing they could do since they didn’t do it this time. SMH anything Orr I will never do. ~charles

Horrible experience, start to finish. They were supposed to help finish packing and arrived late with no packing materials because of no communication with office. Broke my furniture. DESTROYED my pottery kiln with careless handling -- NO effort to move carefully. Have not discovered the full extent of damages, breakage. Move ended up being over a period of three Half-days. Showed up on second day with boxes and NO wrapping material. Real nice to my face but ruined my possessions behind my back. Refused to handle my pottery and equipment with the care needed. I've move all this four times in the past with no problem. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Service: Local moving ~Jane

Discount Tire
Ran over a bungee strap today and my tire instantly deflated. Put on my spare and headed over to Discount Tire for repair after work, almost before closing time. Matthew was the guy who helped me and he was awesome, they got my tire replaced quickly with a great attitude. I have been using these guys for tires for a while and everytime I go I am reminded why I always return! ~Matt

Absolutely the best service ever from a Mercedes Benz Dealership!! The Service Manager, Rocky Gray, ensured my automobile service was a priority and made sure my car was in great working condition for my trip back to Colorado. Also, during my wait for maintenance to be completed, the Client Manager, Abe Nseirat, noticed that I was looking at the 2022 autos. Although I was not in the market to buy one at this time he answered all my questions and opened the doors for me to view the interior. If I was ready for a new auto, I would have purchased it from him. I would have to say, Texarkana, Texas Mercedes Benz demonstrates the type of service that all dealerships should be measured by. My wife was on her way to Virginia to be with her Father who is in the Hospital. She had the car Serviced In McKinney TX. She called me when she noticed the Car was shaking and codes started coming on. She said she was in Texarkana and was looking for a Mazda Dealership there to look at it. I called the dealership in advance and told them she was on her way. At the same time I called the dealership in McKinney Texas to tell them what happened and what was Serviced. I mentioned replacing air filter to save a few bucks.And Chris the service manager told me that if the cover is not seated correctly then it would cause it to Suck more air then it should and cause the airflow sensor to act up. So after calling my Wife to let her know what happened she said that the service department there in Texarkana Mazda had already figured it out that the Air filter cover was not seated right. They fixed the problem and took it for a test drive to make sure everything else was good. She is back on the road again and they did not charge her anything for their time. Thank you Texarkana Mazda. And thank you Chris at McKinney Mazda for giving me the heads up on the problem that I created. ~Robert
