5 Best auto repair shop in Texarkana, Texas (TX) 2024

Absolutely the best service ever from a Mercedes Benz Dealership!! The Service Manager, Rocky Gray, ensured my automobile service was a priority and made sure my car was in great working condition for my trip back to Colorado. Also, during my wait for maintenance to be completed, the Client Manager, Abe Nseirat, noticed that I was looking at the 2022 autos. Although I was not in the market to buy one at this time he answered all my questions and opened the doors for me to view the interior. If I was ready for a new auto, I would have purchased it from him. I would have to say, Texarkana, Texas Mercedes Benz demonstrates the type of service that all dealerships should be measured by. My wife was on her way to Virginia to be with her Father who is in the Hospital. She had the car Serviced In McKinney TX. She called me when she noticed the Car was shaking and codes started coming on. She said she was in Texarkana and was looking for a Mazda Dealership there to look at it. I called the dealership in advance and told them she was on her way. At the same time I called the dealership in McKinney Texas to tell them what happened and what was Serviced. I mentioned replacing air filter to save a few bucks.And Chris the service manager told me that if the cover is not seated correctly then it would cause it to Suck more air then it should and cause the airflow sensor to act up. So after calling my Wife to let her know what happened she said that the service department there in Texarkana Mazda had already figured it out that the Air filter cover was not seated right. They fixed the problem and took it for a test drive to make sure everything else was good. She is back on the road again and they did not charge her anything for their time. Thank you Texarkana Mazda. And thank you Chris at McKinney Mazda for giving me the heads up on the problem that I created. ~Robert

I've had dealings with Mr.Green afew times this last time was on feb.27,2022 I had a very bad wresk that almost cost me my life what I'm trying to say is Bubba will not let just anyone pick up your belongings and that's a great thing cause everything that I Owen is is my car that I wresk I just want to say thank you Bubba Green and family Service: Car towing ~Charles

Sent my wife here because it was closer to our house. After she had to wave someone down for service she was told she had to stay in the car, then realized she would be in a hot bay in July in TX with a 6 month old baby she said she couldn't stay in the car and they offered to point a FAN AT HER then finally offered for her to go inside, to top it off they charged her 60$ for conventional oil what a rip off!. I called up there and got a monotone answer to their terrible service and pricing, I'll never send her or anyone I know there again! Service: Oil change ~Jonathan

We were on our way out of town when we got a screw in the tire. The attendant was waiting for us in the parking lot to get our info and get us in quick. Great customer service! Nice lobby and you can watch through the glass. So fast and only took about 25 minutes. ~Brian
