THE BEST! I live 4 hours away and was having issues with my tires. They were so helpful and was able to fix my car. Since I had to stay over night and my car was not drivable due to tires, the mechanic went out of his way and drove me to my hotel. I am so very appreciate of them. This has been the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Shout out to rachel and the tire tech who repaired my flat and making my tire light go out that’s been on a month for no reason. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great service for a reasonable price. Go see them for all you tire and brake needs today they won’t disappoint. Back again today for third time in a month and as always Rachel is Johnny on the spot taking care of my issues

One of the best mechanical shops in Texas! Not just Texarkana. The service was top tier ! Perfect display of professionalism as well as making me feel comfortable from the time I decided to call them & walk through there doors. Had my car UP & running within 24 hrs of my accident. Pricing was very reasonable. Whenever you have any car trouble call them. Ask for Rachel she will handle all things concerning office work & mike as well ! Guys and Gals! I’m getting ready for a vacation in Jamaica and the last thing I needed was for my car to mess up on me. Larry Smith saved me and my car! He was so kind, professional and understanding. He listened to everything I had to say and found a quick and affordable solution for me. 5*… They really earned the 5 Star… They were fast to get my car into the bay with a mechanic, fixed one tire quickly and replaced the other tire just in time for me to make my Dr’s appointment. They do the little extras that you don’t see any more…They even checked to see if I needed brakes, wheel struts… even the wiper blades. And a great price on my new tire. The new Team from Mavis continues the good ole boy & lady friendly and professional service.that Gateway was known for. Oh, the best news was they were thorough, fast and cost less than down the street and the other tire store that is catty corner . They were even prepared to drive me to my Dr. Apt., but the were to quick for that. I’ll remember them for Fast & Friendly Thorough Service & Low Price . We were on our way out of town when we got a screw in the tire. The attendant was waiting for us in the parking lot to get our info and get us in quick. Great customer service! Nice lobby and you can watch through the glass. So fast and only took about 25 minutes.

Got me, despite showing up an hour and a half late, without my wheel-lock keys, 30 minutes before close. Got a full alignment done, swapped my temporary tires for me. Very professional and friendly. Recommended 1000%. Never had so much fun in a store lobby.

Great service from Mike and the guys! Discount tire didn’t have any stuff to patch a hole and Mike took care of us quickly and for free! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for tires or service!!
