The branch manager Heidi was absolutely amazing and thorough helping me become informed on cashing a large check safely and the safety features that accompany a deposit!🙂

Repetitive issues with fraud & mis-accountability. Employees are either on dope, or don't know how to deal with any situation. This place is just a mess.

And come to this location at least twice a week and they always get me in and out fast. Anybody complaining about how long it takes don't see how multiple cars show up in minutes because it's a busy location. Great people work there. They truly gave me relief after my checks were stolen by fixing it all for me and showing compassion for my situation.

I have updated my review from a 1 star to a 3. They have gotten better the last couple visits with getting traffic moving through. 👍🏻

Waited for 30 MINUTES and they kept the lobby locked during OPEN HOURS. LAZY. Absolutely ridiculous and selective treatment of customers.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Rude people who want to talk down to you and don't want to listen. As I was explaining how the app isn't current she was talking over me. As far as I remember transactions after 2:00 go on the next business day. But according to the lady I was talking to transactions happen all the way up to midnight and if a check comes in after 2:00 and you don't have the funds why it's going to bounce. The problem was I had money in the bank as far as I could tell from the app. Plus there was plenty in my savings. One of the checks was a pay my bill check that came from the bank. Why send it if I don't have funds, then charge me for it???? Snooty be-otch!!!

Not the warmest/friendliest staff compared with local banks. My biggest complaint though is the Stone Age speed of their drive thru service. It takes foreeeever to do the most basic of tasks.

People need to wake up. This covid thing as gone too far. People need to be able to access their money and cash. Limiting people from their money in a time of need is ridiculous. There is something nefarious at work here with the banks and federal reserve. Hours need to return to normal!

If i could give zero i would! The way this bank takes advantage of its customers is disgusting! NEVER will I EVER recommend anybody to bank with y'all! Dont let this bank take advantage of you and save yourself the stress and agony they they will cause you and refuse to help.

If you need an auto loan, save yourself the headaches and go somewhere else. I have very good credit, getting the loan wasn't the issue, the customer service is. Calls not returned and important information not given. I wasted so much time here it's not even funny. Their lack of training and customer service has cost them a loan from me today and in the future.
