Spoke with Chad, the owner, and found him to be honest, friendly, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable. Replaced all 4 tires and they worked quickly and efficiently and I was in and out in 30 minutes, all for a very fair price. And he was the only person of all the places that I called that did not try to upsell me on an alignment. When I asked, he said he needed to see the tires first. When he saw the tires, he said one wasn't needed. Highly recommend Chad's shop for your tire needs. Thanks Chad for all of your help.

Told Chad that my tires were losing air and wasn't sure if it was bad tires or my wheels were bent. Goes "Oh oh yeah yeah I know what's the matter, bring it in at 7:30 am." This dude fills my tires with air, even though I had an air pump right on my passenger seat (obviously not the solution) and tells me I'm good to go. Just another mechanic that doesn't listen and thinks they know it all. Total waste of time.

The place is very clean and Chad makes himself available to answer any and all questions you may have and yes, i had many but it all worked out. This is where i take my car to get inspection, service, brakes, you name it, they do it and the best part is the pricing. I dont know about you, but if you're like me and like a good price on car repairs, you need to go to Chad's Smart Tire Center.

Chad’s always helped me out when I needed it. My go to place for inspections and car service I don’t do myself. Highly recommend. Employees are down to earth and reasonable.

If you're looking for quick service and know about cars, then this is your guy. If you don't know much about cars and you want someone who is going to do a good examination of your car, then I wouldn't recommend. Nice guy though.

This was such a terrible experience. My 7 year old car recently broke down, and Chad's was charging me $1100 dollars for the repairs. He told me the part that needed to be replaced would cost $980, so the rest of the fees would be for labor. Not only that, he sounded so unprofessional, and a whole lot younger for his actual age. For example, he kept laughing on the phone, and made a comment, "It's like this part is made of gold," then laughed again! He told me that this was the cheapest deal he could find for this part, which was called a "fuel pump". He furthermore stated that he was ordering the part from the dealership. After getting off the phone with him, I called the dealership, and that was not the case. The price for this fuel pump at the dealership was more than half of what Chad's was charging me! Plus after making a few phone calls and doing some online research, I found even cheaper prices than that. It was clear to me that Chad's was trying to overcharge me. So, I took my car to another mechanic. Turns out, the fuel pump wasn't even the problem, it was only a small part of the problem! When the car was finally repaired, the total cost was still more than half of what Chad's was charging. I would not recommend Chad's to anyone! The only reason why I gave one star is because it would not let me post without it.

First rate scam artist. TL:DR I had the displeasure of working for Chad for 18 months. I would end up being fired after he deliberately loosened the bolts on a brake caliper, nearly costing a customer and her child's life. He is only doing it for profit, nothing else. Needless to say, I perform maintenance on my own cars since I was 20.

This place is great! I called at about 8am one morning and by 10am they had ordered my tire in and I was on my way! Very reasonable price and very helpful attitudes. I will definitely return for future service!
