not impressed. Three guys behind the counter, not one offered to help even though I was the only customer in the store. When I finally asked for help, they were not interested in helping me solve my problem. after spending all of about a minute looking at my part and listening to my issue, he said "contact the manufacturer; it's not a standard size." Turns out it IS a standard size, they just couldn't be bothered to help me. Well, that's ok, some other store got my money. ~Ruthie

Awesome place! I’m new to the neighborhood and looking for a good mattress but with limited budget. After days of searching and comparing and struggles between quality and $, I found a perfect balance here! This place is by appointment, but I showed up and made the call, and the owner presented in 5min! He’s patient when I was comparing (rolling on three mattresses), and delivered my favorite one to my place in the same day! Great shopping experience definitely recommend it. ~Kaiqi
