So glad I chose these guys. The gentleman (Adam) behind the counter was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very patient and thorough even though there was a lot going on in the store. We will be back!

not impressed. Three guys behind the counter, not one offered to help even though I was the only customer in the store. When I finally asked for help, they were not interested in helping me solve my problem. after spending all of about a minute looking at my part and listening to my issue, he said "contact the manufacturer; it's not a standard size." Turns out it IS a standard size, they just couldn't be bothered to help me. Well, that's ok, some other store got my money.

These guys are good! Went in there with a picture of my toilet and told them my problem. They immediately knew what I needed and had the part in stock. I don’t know much about plumbing so having a place like this close by is golden! Thanks!

Don't waste your time with this place, poor customer service, I was told I would get a quote within an hour or two called back the next day didn't even remember what I was talking about. This was a big order for shower valves for a 120 room Hotel. Sucks for them will give business to somebody else

But the experience I had with Bob at the counter and the other gentleman, whose name eludes me right now, could not have been more professional, they knew what they were talking about with a great attitude and pleasing the customer, ME!!! I have gone back multiple times since and have always received great service with a great attitude and humor thrown in at times. Maybe it was a situation where you got what you gave??
