End to end pretty horrible experience. I left an item in my cart and was contacted to complete the transaction which was helpful. From that point forward, a trainwreck. 1) I ordered a specific tub that was promised to be available for shipping in a week. I had my plumber set up the drain etc based on the specs of the tub and had him scheduled to complete the process 2) then about a week later they emailed me to explain that the tub was now back-ordered 3-4 months and would I like to retain the item. At that point I had no choice, I had selected a tub that I didn't particularly care for simply because of its availability- but it wasn't available! 3) Then I received a notification that my tub would be installed over a one week timeframe and came home to find it on the street next to my driveway. No scheduling, no forewarning just a big heavy tub 4) I had to pay someone $140 to move the tub to my house 5) THEN when I opened the box lo and behold while it did not have the interior insulation so that it would better retain heat. I experienced a four month delay, paid $400 extra for something that wasn't in the final product I have called customer support and have been on hold for eight minutes and can't seem to get through to have a refund processed. Shop elsewhere! Terrible customer service. Only interested in selling more and no consideration for poor products, quality checks, etc. They insist that they have no quality issues, when two of the same products have been received and both with large chips, one a complete cracked vanity (blamed shipping), nicks...have all the pictures to prove it. Was well within the warranty window, but blamed shipping for the crack that appeared before installation...pictures of it in the box...so nothing to do with contractors or shipping causing this. Made me order another replacement saying this was not a defective product. The replacement was delivered late (subcontracted via local delivery company), and ultimately ended up in the same issue as previously - this time a huge missing chunk of marble...wasn't in the box so they can't blame shipping! Very disappointing! Also, you have to pay big $$$ for returns...not worth it. Buy from a high end local store instead or big box store that has real customer service and excellent return policy. Their 90 day return policy is a joke! It has to be authorized...not like HomeDepot, Costco, Sig Hardware, or such. Checkout all the other reviews like this...many customers in similar situations. Should have done my research, much worse rating on BBB and Facebook.

Customer service is terrible. I purchased tub coasters for a cast iron tub. When they arrived, one was chipped. I have contacted the company several times over the past 3 weeks, and there has still been no resolution. Lots of promises, but no follow-through. Because of this delay, our entire bathroom remodel has been held up. The plumber can't install the new drain until the bathtub is at the proper height; the inspector can't inspect the plumbing until it's done; we can't close up the drywall until the inspector is satisfied; and we can't paint until the drywall is patched. "And all for the want of a horseshoe nail." Or, in this case, a tub coaster.

Stay as far away as possible. We purchased a tub months back. It was brought their attention that we received the wrong legs. Still haven’t received an explanation or a solution. Additionally, while waiting for the tub, our plumber followed their instructions when determining the configuration of the piping behind the wall. It may all need to be ripped out and redone. We aren’t sure yet, because it’s been a couple weeks and no resolution. We’ve done a major remodeling, using dozens of vendors. These guys are the worst. I’m dealing with Leanne and Kristy currently, but there are 3 or 4 others that have been just as useless.

BUYER BEWARE! From a lack of confirmation of my purchase at the very beginning, up to the delivery of damaged goods - every part of my experience with this business has been a challenge. Presently, they are refusing to make right for the damaged/unusable tub that was delivered off-schedule, to our home. If you would like to engage in an elongated argument about where the fault lies, this is your company. If you want a high quality product delivered on time - SHOP ELSEWHERE!

After ordering an apron sink from this company, which was in stock, it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, and was delivered broken into 4 pieces. Because I failed to immediately inspect and evaluate the condition of the sink, Vintage told me they couldn’t refund my purchase and offered no alternative solutions. Point blank, they don’t stand behind their product, have shoddy at best shipping/packaging, and certainly don’t value the customer.

This is my pre review. I purchase a soaker tub and shower kit a couple days ago. I have not received my order yet and plan to come back to update it once I have everything and install it in a few weeks. I just wanted to hop on and say I got a call from customer service agent Dee. She was so helpful. Some of my order wasn't working out. I was starting to stress but Dee was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She made sure to get me taken care of in a way that works for my needs. Great customer service so far. Thanks so much and cannot wait for my new tub!

While I love my bathtub, the customer service at this place was terrible. The first tub delivered had a defect. When I called to report this, a replacement order was scheduled. I was told to find a home for the defective tub, then told the new tub would ship out the next day. It did not ship out until one week later. The supervisor I spoke with did not reply to my emails. Not a great experience all around.

My whole bathroom was designed around this tub! I wanted a WOW factor & boy did I get it! I've had many compliments on how amazing this tub is. Sadly I had to wait a few months for it due to it being on backorder, which made me very nervous, but it actually arrived earlier than planned. It's a large deep tub. I haven't soaked in it yet, but one might want to insulate the bottom because it is quite noisy when adding water, but thats to be expected. Also follow the care instructions carefully. The tub only comes as a tub, no drain kit or stopper, VTB helped me with the drain kit & I received it promptly before my tub arrived.
