I had to get a new capacitor for my watch. I told them there was no rush for the watch but I think there might have been a communication gap because it was out a lot longer than I thought it would be. The only "complaint" I could possibly have is that they charge to take links out of watch bands. So, needless to say, I won't be getting any links taken out of my watch band.
