My wife was on her way to Virginia to be with her Father who is in the Hospital. She had the car Serviced In McKinney TX. She called me when she noticed the Car was shaking and codes started coming on. She said she was in Texarkana and was looking for a Mazda Dealership there to look at it. I called the dealership in advance and told them she was on her way. At the same time I called the dealership in McKinney Texas to tell them what happened and what was Serviced. I mentioned replacing air filter to save a few bucks.And Chris the service manager told me that if the cover is not seated correctly then it would cause it to Suck more air then it should and cause the airflow sensor to act up. So after calling my Wife to let her know what happened she said that the service department there in Texarkana Mazda had already figured it out that the Air filter cover was not seated right. They fixed the problem and took it for a test drive to make sure everything else was good. She is back on the road again and they did not charge her anything for their time. Thank you Texarkana Mazda. And thank you Chris at McKinney Mazda for giving me the heads up on the problem that I created.

We have been noticing problems with the engine and the way the vehicle drives this whole time and we were told by the mechanic for Mazda that nothing at all was wrong with our vehicle. At 12,960 miles I tried to inform them of a problem with me smelling oil very strongly and with my transmission revving up and not shifting properly. So now at 32,662 mi they admit that there is a problem with the car spewing oil and overheating and now they are going to replace the struts. But at the same time I have less than 4,000 miles until the manufacturer's warranty is up. So it seems to me that they wanted to wait to fix my vehicle until time for the warranty to be close to being out. We have got nothing but a run around from these people for the past 7 months over this car and I can honestly say I would never recommend anyone else to go to Classic Mazda.

I went in for my 70k maintenance and the mechanic actually tested and said my coolant was still good instead of just mindlessly replacing it according to the maintenance schedule. When I questioned it they showed the sample and explained how they knew it was still good which really boosts my confidence in what they recommend when it deviates from manufacturer recommendations. The thing that really stands out is the fact that they test everything. They really treat your car like an individual case rather than spitting cars through a factory line. Its this kind of individualism that really makes service stand out as one of the best in the crowd.

Was driving from Lancaster PA, with my niece, to El PasoTX. She’s buying our 2096 Miata. Our new 100 anniversary edition is somewhere between Japan and Baltimore. Had to stop in for a quick check with our oil level during our 2 day trek. Was met with the most hospitable gentleman who stopped what he was doing, was quick to help and get us our way. 5 star service. We will be paying it forward with helping another in need. The car wash service is great. I purchased my car from here. The only complaint I have is I asked for all bugs to be removed from the front bumper and there was still bugs on there. Other than that service is fast and car is very clean from inside to outside

it took 45 minutes for tire rotation, oil change and air filters...not bad, but got charged $203.00 for labor and $24.00 for "waste disposal". should be criminal. will never EVER go back. if I want to be robbed, I will go to Chicago!!!!

Awful, they've had my vehicle for 3 weeks and haven't even taken it into the garage to replace the transmission. Also they have had the replacement transmission in stock for at least a week that I know of, maybe longer. Please don't take it vehicle here if u want it fixed quickly!!! I would've put less than 1 star in if it would've let me put 0 stars or negative stars!!!

If you compare buying a car to buying a steak, than you are extremely desperate and clearly wrong. Especially when the analogy made not one bit of sense. I was only here as a support person for a good friend buying a car and when called out for something that is clearly wrong, I was basically called stupid. This is another good story behind my never buying a car or recommending Orr or Orr Classic to anyone when buying a car (new or used!! Beware new and used car buyers, go out of town and buy a car, it's usually cheaper and they are a bit more trustworthy anyways. You'll enjoy the experience much more. Orr and Orr Classic are awful and very unprofessional!
