From the moment we expressed interest in our vehicle we had Casey reach out to us and got us set up for a TD the next day. From sitting down at his desk all the way to financing, the team made sure we were taken care of and answered any questions we had and made everything as smooth as possible. Once we got over to financing Brandon talked over every step, took time to review what we needed in extra product and pitched it to the price point we needed. Took my Mazda 6 to the service center here to have a small issue with my motorized seats fixed. I am docking 3 stars for the following reasons: 1. Even though it was just a small piece that needed to be reattached, they said the whole frame of the seat had to be replaced for $1,500! That's completely outrageous. I went ahead and did it because I still had my extended warranty so it came out to a $50 deductible for me. But still, if I didn't have that, I absolutely would have walked away. 2. After the repair was done, they did not properly tighten the bolt that holds my seat belt fastener clip to the seat. As such, it was really loose. I used my own tools at home to tighten it again which wasn't easy. Really lousy job especially after charging someone $1,500. 3. They gave me a laundry list of maintenance service items due; the total cost of all of this would have been close to or over $1,000 alone. That's just highway robbery. I definitely passed on those items. On a more positive note, my service tech Brian was really friendly and communication was good. He's the only reason for the 2 stars honestly. Once my warranty period is over I will probably never come back to this dealership.

Bought a Mazda 3 from El Dorado Mazda and the overall experience was great. The guy who helped me was Mr. Thomas Finn. Unlike other dealers I talked to, Thomas was just so patient and he made me feel that he's willing to help and not just trying to sell a car to me. He's also a Mazda car owner so he is very, very familiar with all the details about my new car and was able to explain all features briefly. Highly recommend this guy.

I shopped around several dealers the last couple of weeks, and had been pushed away by the numbers games dealers are playing currently to make up for low inventory. However, after meeting Brad F at El Dorado, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and customer service. I actually found the exact same truck at another dealer in Frisco priced lower, and went to test drive after working on numbers with Brad. El Dorado and Brad went above and beyond to win our business, and in the end it was that customer experience from the start that brought us back to make the final purchase with El Dorado. Highly recommend this dealer, and will gladly make the hour drive again for any future purchases.

I bought a Mazda from this dealership. Thorough, knowledgeable, friendly salesmen who work together as a team. The purchase process was relatively simple and efficient. They were even willing to stay late on a Saturday night for us. My only complaint is the hot late afternoon sun in the office with full windows but no blinds. I would return to this dealership to buy my next car.

The sales experience was the cliché "let me go check with my manager." I've never enjoyed that adversarial process, and I never know know what sort of deal I got, but I felt good about the final outcome, even though I know they're making a killing on my trade in. The part I did appreciate was in the business office, there was no pressure for the maintenance packages or GAP insurance. It was extremely smooth, the price I negotiated was the price on the lease, and I got the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with.

We attempted to purchase a vehicle here from Dillon Weir the sales manager who belittled us and said we couldn’t afford the car. This was truly not the case as I was not willing to pay extreme amounts over the true market value for any car they showed me “in my price range” that all had almost 6k-10k over market adjustment. We ended up purchasing our vehicle at another dealership for MSRP, $0 market adjustment, and no hassle. I find it interesting that their sales manager Dillon Weir is writing 5 star reviews for his own dealership….seems like they are misleading their customers?

El Dorado Mazda has the best people working in their service dept. Everyone is so polite and informative. While waiting on your vehicle they offer you drinks and snacks. The tech working on your car sends you a video of what he is checking and explains everything he is doing and seeing. Since my vehicle is a Mazda I just to needed my 5,000 mile check-up with oil change. I love this dealership. This is my second car I have purchased here. I drive 100 miles round trip just to get my car serviced here. Thank you El Dorado Mazda for all you do.

Mazda is looked over more than it should be. I have owned Toyota and Nissans and they do not come close to the dependably of Mazda; in my experience. The people at this dealership and service department are honest and trustworthy, for the most part. I do not want to make promises I can not guaranty but you can work with these folks to keep your bill as low as possible. I also recommend the dealership. They gave me a great deal on my used 1999 Mazda in 2001 and I have been driving it around for all these years; thanks to the service department's expertise, mostly.

This was my first service at El Dorado Mazda. They far exceeded my expectations. First, before I scheduled the service, I sent an email with a question using the Contact Us form on the website. They called me back within 30 minutes and I had good conversation with a service advisor. Later I was able to schedule service same day at a convenient time and I was greeted promptly when I arrived. The advisor sent me a text so I could contact him if I needed anything. The waiting area was comfortable even though it’s a temporary site while the main facility is under renovation. They had bottled water, snacks and coffee, all free. I received a video report and a report card pdf. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The whole experience was flawless. They definitely earned my continued business.
