My review is for the Ulta website which is trash and would give a 0 star review if I could. There is always a problem with this website. I recently tried to order a product in which there were so many problems such as, it could not find my address and my coupon that had been emailed that day had already been used. Eventually, I gave up and emptied my shopping bag. With that being said I was still charged for the item. I called customer service (it's horrible) and I was told to call back the next day. Called the next day and was told that the funds that only took them 30min. to take out of my account would not be put back in my account for 3-5days . Needless to say, I will not be using this website again.

Pretty much anything that anyone could need, or want, in terms of products, for hair, skin, face, lips, eyelids, fingernails, toenails, in other words====you name it. In my visits to Ulta, I've always found the employees to be super helpful and courteous! In regards to my budget......which is somewhat limited.....the variety/selection of brands, plus choices withing various brands via category, is absolutely, to me, astounding. Of course, I know I can buy via online, but when it comes to cosmetics, toiletries, etc. nothing beats being able to purchase them in person. I wsa def giddy at realizing Ulta Beauty was setting up a store here, in the past, and my feelings and good sentiment about the store and its offerings remains the same.

I don't go cosmetics shopping very often, but I enjoy going to this Ulta. They have an array of different products that are decently priced. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They make me feel comfortable during my shopping and not pressured to buy anything.
