The employees at this location are very rude, immature and disrespectful. I'm a Rouge member and used to frequent this location, but this past year I've typically avoided this location since they've hired a few new employees. I unfortunately went last weekend only to see two employees laughing and talking trash about customers. I turned to them both and asked if that's how they treat customers spending money in their store. They both looked dumbfounded like they didn't understand the question. Then they CONSTANTLY pester you, asking if you need help every 5 minutes! Why, ma'am ??? So that you can laugh and belittle them as soon as they walk away? Then they'll ask you again, Are you still doing OK? NO, I'm not because I can't shop in peace! I'm pretty sure 99 percent of customers are capable of asking for help if needed. There are 3 older employees that have been there a long time and they are great. Unfortunately, the few bad apples just ruin your whole shopping experience.

The poor workers lol my friend and I went here and we tried so many foundations. We kept asking questions and samples. We ended up finding the perfect foundation with their help.

GLORIA , she was amazing really knowledgeable with skin care . She knew her stuff. She made me feel comfortable and secure on what I was buying. She was really respectful and professional. Definitely recommend her for any skin care and makeup advice.

Terrible experience at this location. They don't know their jobs and destroyed the trust a customer has with them. This store sold a Lancome foundation that would expire in a month. When I found out about the date, I went in again to draw their attention to it and realized they had foundations that had expired since July still sitting on the shelves. The beauty technicians one job was to get me another foundation with a different brand and she failed woefully. She tested me at the store with a shade that seemed to work and sent me home with a wrong shade. When I went back AGAIN to correct the error (less than a hr after I left), they would not correct their error and told me the store was closed. They left me without a foundation and I had events to attend that night. No Empathy whatsoever!!!! Sephora has lost me as a customer. I will be spending my money elsewhere!!!!

Very helpful for bothy sister and I....she was just wonderful and anybody that meets her should feel a lil extra special that she entered their life..if only for a bit...thanks so much for the help girl!!

Great beauty store! What makes it more fabulous is the employees that work there!! They helped me find a “dupe” on a blush I really wanted that’s all over tiktok 😵💫. They all are so cheerful and sweet. Definitely will be back!
