RV blew the third tire on the interstate on a coupla thousand mile trip about an hour from home (225/75R15). Guys here fixed me up in under an hour, putting two tires on the rims I brought. I still had to use a jack on the side of the road in hundred-degree heat. But I saved money on roadside this way.

Ran over a bungee strap today and my tire instantly deflated. Put on my spare and headed over to Discount Tire for repair after work, almost before closing time. Matthew was the guy who helped me and he was awesome, they got my tire replaced quickly with a great attitude. I have been using these guys for tires for a while and everytime I go I am reminded why I always return!

I drove in to Texarkana from Florida last night. The last 100 miles the car shook, rattled, shimmied, truthfully I did not think I would make it here let alone back home. The person I came to see suggested I try Discount Tire as the have a very good reputation, and they see walk ins. They should have more than just a good reputation.. they were pleasant, professional, kind, very fast and efficient. One of my rear tires was trying to shed tread and balloning on the side. Heaven knows what could have happened if I had driven much further. They replaced both rear tires and balanced them all. I got lost after leaving to store so had good opportunity to test them out. Wow. What a difference. Thank you a thousand times over. When I reach Florida I will check back in with an update. UPDATE: Arrived safely back in Florida late last night. It is hard to know exactly how bad vibration and noise are until it stops. The return trip was smooth and quiet. Thankyou for your NASCAR fast response, professionalism, and most importantly ..your skills. Any one who wants fast and great service. Give these guys a look-in. You will not sorry.

Website accidently charged my credit card, but didn't book my appointment. These guys still ordered my tires, got my car in the same day, and worked with corporate to get the extra charge off my card. Their customer service and professionalism made what could have been a ugly situation very easy.

Good tires. Reasonable service. Competitive prices. If you purchase the road hazard warranty, and get a nail in the sidewall of the tire, you still have to pay. I had to pay over $60 to get another tire. I was led to believe when I purchased the road hazard that this amount would be covered. As long as you understand that the road hazard is not a full warranty, then it's okay. It only co reed about 2/3rds of the price of a new tire. It only had 8,000 miles and had lots of tread.
