New review bc this Dunkin has really stepped it up since last yr... They have been on point with coffee and iced chai tea orders every time we have stopped in. They have also been way more friendly. Still don't love the food... Pretty bland... but it does come out warm instead of ice cold now... Will say the bacon looked raw/translucent tho...

I like their products especially the cold brew. But I can't quite figure out this location using the drive through. I order food and never get napkins. A couple times I ordered only a cold brew and didn't get a straw. Walking in is confusing; am I supposed to only use the kiosk or can I just go to the counter like a normal Dunkin?

I never write reviews, but I have to. I keep giving them chance after chance, hoping it would get better. I order the same drink and it's never made the same way. Today I wanted a bagel, they had none. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant and, as always, it tastes like a dirty dish towel. This is literally the 3rd time I've order it in over a year, hoping it'll change, and it always tastes like this. I disected it at home, and it's the egg patty that has the foul flavor. I don't know if they lay them on a towel at some point for a while for some reason? So gross.

Finally took my order and just kept waiting, the car ahead of me left due to the line not moving (only 2 cars!). I waited 15 mins to get to the window and gave them my card and they handed me my card back and one drink. I ordered 2. The drink they made was wrong so I said I don't want it, I want what I ordered. Someone else came to the window and said they would not remake it. At this point I was really annoyed and just asked for a refund which took waiting even longer. Meanwhile, I watched 5 or so employees just messing around in the back. DD doesn't have great food and drinks, but the service is usually quick and nice. This was horrible, I will never go back here and continue to tell people to avoid it. Hopefully it goes out of business and they put something better in this spot.

I live within the 5 houses on the street. There’s something wrong with their computer system. I went inside and used the kiosk and ordered a normal hot coffee cream and sugar. It didn’t give me a receipt and then the lady brought out a black coffee with no sugar or cream. I never in my life have drank black coffee and I am damn sure I ordered it right.this is about the 10th cofffee I’ve gotten from this place that’s been incorrect. I’m never going there again.

Sure, my muffin is sometimes over sugared or no sugar, and this morning was cooked medium rare, but the coffee was spot on. Don’t just drive by in a rush, have a conversation with these local schwenksville-nites. Terrific.

After completing my order they forgot a part of it so we went inside and asked for it. Only to be given the bare minimum. When asking and paying for extra bacon on avocado toast is this what you expect? The sandwich is even more disappointing. Don’t go here not worth the money
