super unorganized. I traveled an hour to sell clothes, checked their page prior to make sure they were accepting sells, and when we got there we were informed it’d be 5 days before they could go through them. I was also shopping for the next size for my little one and the clothes were all mixed together, not by size.

I like looking for cute clothes, but almost every time I've been here the staff are rude in various ways. The first time, I tried to swipe a card that wasn't accepted and the lady just pointed to and tapped on the sign that said which cards were accepted. Another time, I waited at the register without anyone coming to check me out for probably 5 minutes, even though they were behind the desk organizing clothes. No "we'll be with you in a minute" or any acknowledgement of my presence! One different time I went over to the shoe bins and two workers were sitting on the floor organizing shoes in front of them. One asked if I wanted to look in the bins, and I said yes. There were blank stares from them after I answered, and they made NO effort to move for me to look, or indicate how long they'd be organizing for me to come back in a while. I looked up directions to go here today and I just talked myself out of it thinking about how the staff treat customers.

I just love this place! My favorite place to go for my kiddos hands down! I just wish they had a bigger store! It's soooo much stuff laying around to get processed and several times I picked up an item and was told it doesn't belong to them yet call or comeback in 2 weeks! Makes me a little claustrophobic but then again the staff is wonderful, sales are great so if only they get that presentation and space thing under control they will be a 10/10 for sure!

Eeekk. Would definitely not go back. The stuff is pretty overpriced. I could get most everything brand new from Walmart or Target for around the same prices. The guy that checked me out was completely rude and unprofessional. I was providing him customer service not the other way around. I greeted him, smiled and was met with nothing in return. I would recommend he not interact with people in the future.

This thift store is nice and pretty organized. Staff is pretty friendly and nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because older kids clothes is more expensive then buying them brand new.

Prices were good but the store is a mess. There is stuff absolutely everything and its all unorganized. The staff seemed very off putting and didn’t even try to greet us or anything. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

I been Too Many once Upon a child and this has to be the first location that I been to that is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly ridiculous I came in with my items this morning at 10:00 am and was told it would be 2-3 weeks before I heard back from them I have never waited no more than 2 hours for my purchase. How can we leave out items for over two weeks from the looks of it they are not even organized worst experience ever

The store is a mess with totes and bags everywhere. I’m not sure what’s going on or if they have a new owner but it’s ridiculous. I miss the days when we could drop off a tote or two and get a call back in a few hours.

This is the primary place I buy all my kids clothes. They have great prices and everything is in great condition. I've also bought larger items like a stroller, highchair and boppy. The aisles are small but everything is labeled and easy to find

You have to try really hard to damage a laundry basket and that they did! What the heck. My basket was returned covered in scratches, dents and the bottom was filthy with black residue. I need to replace this basket now. Horrible. Don't contact me Once Upon a Child unless you're replacing my basket. Angry employees handling my property with rage. Unacceptable.
