I use to work for Gap Inc many years ago and I remember when they acquired Athleta I am happy to see this store is still going strong. I stopped in for a particular pair of pants that they did not have but found a lighter color that I bought. I loved the little sinch drawstring bag they give which makes it super easy to wear as your shopping at other places plus it's a great marketing tool! I did end up LOVING thr Cabo pant and immediately got home and ordered the darker pair online. Great store!

Staff is super friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you need, even if it means ordering online. Courtney and Diane were beyond friendly and helpful on my last visit! Love the clothes here - they have that “little something” special and most are made of quality fabrics. Athleta is one of my favorite stores now.

Nice location. The store is smaller than the one on north Lamar. I usually love going to Athleta and have a ton of their clothes. Unfortunately, this store was lacking order and the great customer service that the GAP Corp represented in the past. I picked up a jacket on the extra 40% off rack and was ready to purchase it when the lady said it didn’t have the extra 40% off. I told her there was another on the rack. So she went over to grab the other one and see. Fist off it’s not like I’m lying. The sign said extra 40% off outerwear and it was outerwear. Even though it wasn’t ringing up, she didn’t apologize the jackets were misplaced and in the past, if that were ever to happen, they’d honor the discount since it was their fault. I would’ve purchased right then and there and returned again to the store as a loyal customer. They’ve just lost one today. It’s quite disappointing. Bad customer service, super disorganized, unapologetic, and just a mess. Onto Lululemon I go!

After having a not so good experience at Lululemon, I was able to walk across the street into an Athleta location where I was immediately greeted. EVERY person in that store was extremely helpful, listened to my specific needs, and proceeded to guide me in the right direction. Before today, I had never heard of Athleta, but as of now, I will no longer shop with Lululemon. Athleta’s prices were great, styles were amazing and the retail staff made me feel great about every item I looked at and chose. AND they were actively practicing proper sanitation techniques throughout the store.

Last time I got a catalog for Athleta, it was full of workout clothes for land and lake. You can imagine my surprise when I arrived at a store front and they have amazing wrinkly free clothes for travel, lounging, and clothing that can go from exercise to street. Very surprised and very happy with my new purchases. The clothes are airy, light and breathable.

I have never written a review of a retail location before, but I just can't shake the bad feeling I got from this place today. No greeting, no offers of help, I had to follow a salesperson around and finally grab her attention to ask a question. There were 2 other customers in the store and she was helping neither of them. On top of that, she had only vague knowledge of the products I was inquiring about.The older salesperson was helping a younger gal and I literally couldn't believe what I was hearing. SO RUDE. Maybe I should be glad no one wanted to help me! I heard to say loudly and condescendingly, "I SAID, WHAT can I help you FIND?" I can't believe the gal didn't leave. Minutes later the same woman made me feel like she was doing me a great favor by giving me a dressing room. Overall this place felt really snobby! I couldn't help but think, "Um, I know you're in a nice location and you feel fancy... but you're still The Gap!" And fancy places are SO much more polite than you people. What a weird and unpleasant atmosphere. Will never be back.
