The cashier, Lessie, was extremely rude and told me and my partner to watch our tones. She was standing there staring into space when we were trying to get our ID checked for an alcohol purchase. When we asked her to please come check it, she said, “You need to watch your tone!” I expect better from Target.

Target is irreplaceable. Stores are always clean, well-stocked and bright. And, we never hear that tons of Target employees are so poorly paid thst they qualify for SNAP.

Devin is my protection plan. Bought a KitchenAid hand mixer and it pooped out on me in the middle of using it. Washed it and brought it the box and receipt to this target. Was initially told that I couldn’t get store credit or whatever but then Devin made it happen. Got me a new one right off the shelf. Processed it. Total experience only took about 12 minutes.

I rate this store a 2. It's always clean, that's the good part, however they usually have a lot of empty shelves, and several times that I've been to this location getting help in electronics is nearly impossible. I mean every time I go I wait there for a while and then walk around to find someone to help me.

Unfortunately has gone from my favorite Target to my worst shopping experience Target. Long lines without enough cashiers. Doesn’t have the same caliber of beauty supplies as the other Targets, women’s clothing is a mess as well.

I’m from out of state and I recently went to this target to get a bookshelf. When I went to ge the bookshelf it wasn’t in stock even though it said it was online. Well I asked one of the workers Amari for help. She said they just got a shipment in today and she came back with my bookshelf promptly. I really appreciate this because many retail workers would say they were going to look in the back and then not actually look. She was so helpful.

I had a great experience with Customer Service during the holiday season. The employees were courteous and efficient. There were many customers in line, so they easily could have been testy. I appreciated the good service.

I had a bad customer service experience yesterday. I’m only giving it 3 stars because I like shopping at this store. My kids and I went to buy icees. The employee was very rude. When she started taking our order she noticed a gentleman after us. She immediately started taking his order saying she had two registers. She did not pay attention and was being distracted by the other customer. I felt she was very rude by doing this, specially because all the attention was only given to the gentleman. My order was not long at all. Thank you for your time.

I really don’t think they deserve any star!! But google says that’s the only way I can leave a review!! I have never experienced racial profiling until yesterday (12-10-21) while checking out!! My husband and I go into self checkout and a team member follows behind us at a distance!! I was purchasing gift cards for my kids and she was watching to make sure I scan every while watching us trying to make it not obvious she was playing with her hair!! I scanned all of items while she stood there the whole time I had been saving my money to get my kids these gift cards and to watch someone watch me the whole time was just so wrong!! I have been working for Target the past 3 yrs and to know at other store my own team members treat their guests like this!! That’s really unacceptable!! I hope you all see this review and train your team members agin about profiling and making guests feel unwelcome!! I am very upset about the situation!!

This Target is located in a more lower income area (by Austin standards at least) yet it is incredibly clean, they are well stocked, and from my experience at least, they are not too busy. It’s definitely not as busy as the nearest WalMart or H-E-B which is nice, especially if you are in a rush. They have basic groceries and a great deli, a pharmacy that isn’t too busy ever so if you are someone who likes or needs their meds filled soon, this is the one urban pharmacy that has your back! Their bakery is amazing. Parking has never been an issue. And something important to me is how employees are treated and their minimum wage is $15! Clean, easy to find things, never too busy… easy 5 stars. Their curbside pickup is amazingly fast too!
