Staff are extremely friendly. The store itself is relatively clean and well kept... Except for the kids shoe section. That part was gross. The blue chairs are faded and brown. There is crayon everywhere and the carpet is stained. Selection isn't very good, either. Come for the clothes, but get kids shoes somewhere else.

Zoe at the Christian Dior makeup counter is amazing. Above and beyond customer service. And if you haven't tried the Dior Forever skin glow foundation yet, you need to. The absolute best foundation I've ever used, and I've tried them all.

I was just at Mac for literally 12 minutes and NO ONE asked me if I needed help. Folks who came before me were asked if they need help with anything however when it comes to me no one care to ask me. I am very upset about what just happened. I am a loyal customer to Nordstrom I even hold a credit card with you guys but this is unacceptable. I feel so small how can you let me stand there and not ask me if I needed help or anything. It wasn’t until I left and walked to Chanel that another lady asked me If I needed any help. I understand folks are busy or short staff however everyone else was greeted but me. It clear to me why I was ignored. Not a great reflection of Nordstrom honestly.

So disappointed, i’ve always had great experiences shopping at other locations, but the employees here are improperly trained and condescending. Would not approve an exchange for a smaller size of a pair of shoes purchased less than a week ago because they looked “worn” and “beaten up”, the shoes in question were golden goose’s and are literally meant to look like that. Had to go through 3 different hoops to get the same answer. Did not want to be a karen, so we simply left. Will stick with any other location or online only.

Very spotless for a store established in 1901. Easy return kiosk at door also pick up online purchases. Looked at dressy/casual pants, couldn't decide on color on T-shirt. Appropriate seasonal stock although few XL or L. Great ideas. Visit Target for flowery dresses as t a reasonable price or Nordstrom for pricey flowing flowery dresses. BOTH!

Very clean for a store started in 1901. Taken care of the brand. High end clothing, nice threads, pay for $$$ the quality. Unique pieces such as a pinwheel vest which is part antique look. Overall, very very nice store yet I must go to outlet shop instead.

I'm not a shopper, but I needed a dress for an event. After spending what seemed all day at the mall, I found beautiful and a unique dress. It was the only one and it was smaller than what I needed but ended buying it anyway because it was so different. And the price was better than expected.

All the staff here were so nice and helpful. And even tho they work on commission, NOT one of them was pushy. That is a sign of good management. Frank, Maria, Patrick and EVERYONE i spoke to on the first floor were outstanding. Even the folks at the Nordtrom Coffeebar were great. Next time i will see if the second floor folks (and cafe) are up the the same standards 🤔😏
