You CANNOT Possibly say you value your customers or their time. I made a number of purchases. One item from what was a clearance rack. Nothing on the rack was marked. So was trying to watch to make sure it rung up on sale. Then forgot to use my two coupons. Went to service desk with my receipt & coupons. Was told my coupons could NOT be redeemed for 25 mins. Then I ask if I could Please just return the 2 items to pirchase later & was told "NO!" AGAIN! MY TWO ITEMS could NOT be returned for me to purchase later so I could use my coupons!!!!! YOU JUST DO NOT VALUE OUR TIME!!!! Honestly what is wrong with you!??

Always love shopping at this Walmart location! Spacious and extremely well organized. Staff are super-friendly. Self-check counters avoid long queue and more-than just perfect. This is one of the very few stores where I have also found the clearance aisle to be very neatly organized. Though the outdoor section is well maintained, some plants needs better watering to avoid drying. Overall, a store at its BEST!!!

Best Walmart in Austin! It is clean, fully stocked and has excellent customer service. In a time where there are supply chain issues, inventory shortages and reduced staffing, this store shines. Many of the staff are long-term employers I have gotten to know by name. There is never a time I am unable to find items in stock on my list. During the baby formula shortage, they had fully stocked shelves. I am always able to find my sizes in clothing and shoes. It's a one stop shop for fresh groceries (ground beef better than I can find anywhere), electronics, home goods, outdoor supplies, garden, beauty and pharmacy. I haven't been able to find this level of organization, supply chain and/or inventory anywhere in Austin. To top it off, there is a McDonalds inside the store that is second to none - way better food than the McDonalds in Westlake. The prices are low (lowest) and self-checkout means no waits or lines. All around I could not recommend this store more! JO'S PRO TIPS: early in the morning the store is virtually empty and you have the place to yourself. Ordering a McDonalds coffee to have while you shop is supreme. Parking is plentiful and the plants are healthy and vibrant.

The wait for customer service and money pickup was grueling and long. Only 1 attendant to help a long queue of customers patiently waiting. This could've been handled better by the manager to ensure smooth and timely service. But no one cared I guess. One more attendant finally showed after realizing this was getting worse.

I really love this Walmart Supercenter. I have been shopping here for YEARS and will continue! It’s a very clean store and the recent floor update and remodeling efforts did not go unnoticed. I appreciate everyone that works so hard there keeping the shelves nicely stocked for us! Super friendly happy employees! Thanks for all you do! I appreciate the savings!

So, I haven’t been into a Walmart in several years. I actually try to avoid it and have successfully now for a long time. There is always a crowd, screaming kids, and a long wait to checkout. I know Walmart for having 50 checkout lanes and only two open. However, today I had to go here because I couldn’t find Zote laundry detergent anywhere else and knew they had it. I’ll be the first to admit that my trip went extremely well. I went in and found what I needed in no time. The store was clean and organized and a great selection on the shelves. The main reason I am leaving this review, though, is because I checked out in less then 2 minutes!! Walmart finally got smart and did away with all of those pointless registers and installed self check out kiosk instead. Brilliant idea Walmart and finally! I walked right up to my kiosk, swiped my goods, paid and was on my way. Now this is what I’m talking about!! The guy next to me pressed the wrong button and needed help and an employee was there within seconds to help him. So, great customer service too. Considering all of this, I just may well put Walmart on my list of stores to regularly shop at. Glad they finally made this move and glad I am FINALLY able to leave them a good review.

I don't generally shop at Walmart it's honestly a stressful environment and not the vibe I'm looking for 👽 but this Walmart may have just changed my mind it was super easy I was in and out got everything I wanted very quickly I did self-checkout and was out in a jiffy I recommend here if you need to get in and out quickly not too many screaming children but definitely a couple could be worse 🤠

Walmart has everything! From school/ office supplies, birthday gifts, hardware, craft supplies & even fabric!! I know I can always find all the cleaning supplies I need! Plus you can get your groceries & fun holiday decorations too! My kids love to have fun looking at the Halloween stuff! I’m disabled and just sad that they got rid of all their cashiers. I hadn’t realized how much work & energy it takes to do it all myself now. Wish we still had an option for a cashier!
