Staff is super friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you need, even if it means ordering online. Courtney and Diane were beyond friendly and helpful on my last visit! Love the clothes here - they have that “little something” special and most are made of quality fabrics. Athleta is one of my favorite stores now. ~Kristin

Best place to shop for apparel especially if you're a household with growing kids. They have great sales, a really great clearance section and possibly the best retail credit card rewards program. Also really friendly and helpful staff... ~Tariq

So many jeans...man I haven't been to an Old Navy in forever. Everything was nice and clean and organized. Arrived right at opening so clothes were all perfect in stacks. I will complain though about the high stacked jeans. The stacks of pants are about 1-2 ft high, all the same pair of pants in each pile and there is about 40+ piles. Well I am not all bones and have a little extra so digging under a sometimes 2 ft high pile of jeans to find my size is not fun. Especially when surrounded by more piles of jeans. The nicely stacked jeans don't look so nice after trying to dig for a size 12 and up. ~Crystal

I had a great experience with Customer Service during the holiday season. The employees were courteous and efficient. There were many customers in line, so they easily could have been testy. I appreciated the good service. ~Heather

Came in just to check out the Yeezy stuff and was pleasantly surprised. It was probably my first time in a GAP and I gotta say the staff were super cool, the selection was great, and I left with a full bag. I ended up not buying any of the Yeezy stuff but I really liked the Gap brand stuff. Will definitely be back! ~Joseph

Honestly, I only go to this store to buy gift certificates for my Mom. It does seem like a nice kinda upscale but stylish ladies clothing store. If Mom likes them then I say there's got to be something good about them!.😁 ~Greg

I had ordered a Consuela travel bag for $325 from Sue Patrick and it arrived quickly which was great. I decided it was too big for what I wanted so I went to return it in the store. It was raining when we walked in but we parked right in front. The bag had gotten a few rain drops on it. We walked to the counter and I said I needed to return the bag. She asked if it had it's original tags and I said yes. It was brand new. Never used. Still had the tissue in it from when I received it. She got her manager and she asked the same thing. Does it have it's tags? I had to look and see but they were there and I had my receipt and it was within 30 days. The manager started to tell me that because it had some rain drops on it it was ruined and she couldn't resell it. I said you have got to be kidding me. She reluctantly acquiesced. They were both so rude and unprofessional. I can't believe you would want these people representing your name. And they need some training because on the Consuela website it tells you they can get wet and even says you can wet the leather on purpose to make it look even. Not to mention we saw the few raindrops dry as we sat there waiting on the return. There is absolutely no reason in the world to be so rude to people. Assuming you both had a bad day and would normally be a little more pleasant. But last time I will shop there. I will spend my thousands of dollars at places that actually treat people with respect. Always love shopping at this Walmart location! Spacious and extremely well organized. Staff are super-friendly. Self-check counters avoid long queue and more-than just perfect. This is one of the very few stores where I have also found the clearance aisle to be very neatly organized. Though the outdoor section is well maintained, some plants needs better watering to avoid drying. Overall, a store at its BEST!!! ~Sweety

All the staff here were so nice and helpful. And even tho they work on commission, NOT one of them was pushy. That is a sign of good management. Frank, Maria, Patrick and EVERYONE i spoke to on the first floor were outstanding. Even the folks at the Nordtrom Coffeebar were great. Barton creek mall has a better selection. Although this store was way bigger, I just couldn’t find anything that stood out. Store was cluttered but I get it might’ve been a busier weekend or new inventory. Ladies in the fitting room were so sweet & you could tell they were working hard with how many ladies going in and out of the fitting room. Cashier was very energetic as well. That’s always great. I ended up leaving with 1 top. Tag said $10. Rang up as $5. So it’s as a good deal being I wasn’t satisfied with all the other clothes there. ~A.M
