8 Best fashion accessories store in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

Great store. Many items to chose from, something for everyone. Upon entering the store, the staff greeted me, and offered assistance if needed. The check out process was simple. There are a few items that are above the standard fivebelow price, and they are clearly marked to avoid confusion. ~AJ

Honestly, I only go to this store to buy gift certificates for my Mom. It does seem like a nice kinda upscale but stylish ladies clothing store. If Mom likes them then I say there's got to be something good about them!.😁 ~Greg

Barton creek mall has a better selection. Although this store was way bigger, I just couldn’t find anything that stood out. Store was cluttered but I get it might’ve been a busier weekend or new inventory. Ladies in the fitting room were so sweet & you could tell they were working hard with how many ladies going in and out of the fitting room. Cashier was very energetic as well. That’s always great. I ended up leaving with 1 top. Tag said $10. Rang up as $5. So it’s as a good deal being I wasn’t satisfied with all the other clothes there. ~A.M

This woman's clothing store has some very beautiful clothes. There are other unique items besides women's clothes. However, the majority is women's clothing which includes cashmere sweaters and brocade jackets. ~NettersTX1

I tried 4 other places to get my traditional black and white slip on Vans, and no one had my size. The Vans store had my size in 3 cushion options. Cool staff and music, good experience. ~Michael

The customer service in this place is terrible. I’ve had a number of bad experiences here, but this last one takes the cake. I was trying to find a dress that was on a mannequin, but was told there weren’t anymore. I asked for the one off the mannequin and the sales associate told me no, she was too busy and they were understaffed. So I go to take it off myself and another young lady comes up to tell me I can’t take the dress off myself. Great, then could you please take the dress off. No, they’re too busy and they can’t. Fine, I will do it myself. No company policy says you can’t do it yourself. You can come follow me to talk to my manager. No you can ask your manager to come up here and explain why you won’t sell me this dress. My manager is too busy. Now the first girl comes back, so TWO sales associates spend 15 minutes explaining why they can’t take two minutes to take a dress off a mannequin. She continued to say company policy, company policy, company policy. I’m pretty sure your company is in the business of selling clothes. Mind you at this moment the first girl who told me she couldn’t help me is standing at the door doing nothing, except telling people they can’t come into the store. Y’all are horrendous and lazy. ~Amber

Had me outside waiting for over 30mins, but you open at 11am.... never spend at this foot locker Plus, I was going to drop some bands also 🤑🤑🤑. Went to Barton Creek mall they where open and showed love ~Mikeal

Liked the variety of gifts and souvenirs, good quality, little expensive but overall a nice store. ~Maria
