Crate & Barrel

We placed an order for a bar console in November and it was expected to be available in January. There were delays and we were finally able to schedule a warehouse pickup for 03/18/22. The packaging appeared to be damaged at the warehouse, marked that it is an Exchange, and the box was open as well. The logistics guys at the warehouse assured us that the item is not damaged and that they have removed the packaging for “inspection”. We got home and as expected, the console was damaged. There are cracks everywhere, pieces of wood chipping off, the doors don’t close properly, the top was stained, and the quality in general is very poor. We wasted a lot of time and energy waiting and going to the warehouse to pick it up - the console is pretty heavy! 100% would not recommend to anyone. Also Crate and Barrel does not accept and post negative reviews on their website. ~P

Sue Patrick

I had ordered a Consuela travel bag for $325 from Sue Patrick and it arrived quickly which was great. I decided it was too big for what I wanted so I went to return it in the store. It was raining when we walked in but we parked right in front. The bag had gotten a few rain drops on it. We walked to the counter and I said I needed to return the bag. She asked if it had it's original tags and I said yes. It was brand new. Never used. Still had the tissue in it from when I received it. She got her manager and she asked the same thing. Does it have it's tags? I had to look and see but they were there and I had my receipt and it was within 30 days. The manager started to tell me that because it had some rain drops on it it was ruined and she couldn't resell it. I said you have got to be kidding me. She reluctantly acquiesced. They were both so rude and unprofessional. I can't believe you would want these people representing your name. And they need some training because on the Consuela website it tells you they can get wet and even says you can wet the leather on purpose to make it look even. Not to mention we saw the few raindrops dry as we sat there waiting on the return. There is absolutely no reason in the world to be so rude to people. Assuming you both had a bad day and would normally be a little more pleasant. But last time I will shop there. I will spend my thousands of dollars at places that actually treat people with respect. Sue Patrick must have too much business if she is okay with her employees being rude to potential new clients. ~Stephanie

Walmart Supercenter

Always love shopping at this Walmart location! Spacious and extremely well organized. Staff are super-friendly. Self-check counters avoid long queue and more-than just perfect. This is one of the very few stores where I have also found the clearance aisle to be very neatly organized. Though the outdoor section is well maintained, some plants needs better watering to avoid drying. Overall, a store at its BEST!!! ~Sweety
